He drilled picture lights in the wall, rebuilt a work bench, put several lights in the ceiling, and replaced front door lock. Cleaned up great work will use again.

Walter power washed my entire house including the roof, patio and desk. He restored my deck. He replaced planks, posts and railings and stained the deck. He also installed hardware brackets and supports on the decks which brought the deck up to current code. All his work brought my deck up to code. My house and deck looks great and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is honest, fair and hardworking! Quality work!

Walter Montero has done excellent work on my deck in Southbury. I have a deck that runs the complete length of my back yard and is elevated over a walk-out basement. The deck over looks my back yard and if in great shape should be very a scenic and peaceful spot. My house is 20 years old and the deck was put on when the house was built. There were multiple things wrong with it, the boards were rotting, the railings were very loose, the underneath support was lacking and the deck was not level. I went to Home Advisor and found Walter, interviewed him and new he was the right guy. We met and discussed what he could do for my deck. He was very thorough, diligent and honest when giving me his assessment. He recommended a detailed plan to get my deck back to the beautiful, safe, supported structure it should have been. Walter came through as promised. He and his team completed the work. The whole deck now looks great, is completely safe and has become a great feature of my house that it always should have been. We have also decided now to sell our house and I know the work Walter has done will add a lot of value for us. He and his team are very professional, work very hard and have delivered on every one of their commitments. I will be using Walter for additional projects around my house as I get ready to put it on the market over the summer.
