They are prompt, polite and friendly. I and my realtor do not feel they went through the condo very well. If I had not know better I would say that they had never done an inspection before. There were some issues and when I received the report from the inspection, myself and my realtor were extremely disappointed in the manner the report was done. The report seems to be an internet template per say with issues not elobrated on. My realtor then showed me what inspection reports look like and this was not even close. Needless to say we could not argue issues with the seller because of this. We had to walk away from the unit as there was no proof in the way the documentation was written. Pictures were there but no verbage.
Description of Work: Used this agency for a pre purchase Condo inspection after getting them off the list here

They are very thorough. He knows what he is doing. He was able to get into crawl spaces and attic. Very knowledgable and a great inspector.
