He was scheduled for Thursday but called and was able to come earlier in the week. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will certainly have him back for another upcoming project.

I selected them from the site. I received an email that the appointment was set up. I took a day off work to receive them as I was completely without water in the midst of a dangerous heat wave. Contractor did not show. I called and it turns out that HomeAdvisor had scheduled them even though their interface was set to not accept new customers. They never received the job notification, but apologized and helped me identify a local pro who I then hired emergently. I contacted home advisor customer service and their explanation was "no screening system is foolproof". I've used the service three times, this one is the only one that went bad. But customer service should really figure out a better way to assure the appointment is really made before they send out the confirmation email. So, I am rating the pro according to the fact that they provided better customer service than home advisor by trying to schedule me emergently--but when they could not--recommending another local contractor who was able. The original pro apologized, but I told him it was clearly not his fault. It was a problem with HA. So I give the pro five stars as the work quality field is mandatory, but again, they did not do the work. They only tried to rectify an issue created by HA itself.

It was 5:30 on a Monday morning I got up to get ready for work, I turned on the faucet and all I got was a sucking sound. No water! Eric from Mosman Wellworks responded to my request on HomeAdvisor by around 6:30. He said he would have someone at my house by around 8:30 and sure enough the technician was at my home by 8:30. He ran tests and checked the system and diagnosed it as the pressure switch and made some additional recommendations and had us up and running in no time. They were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous and very fair priced. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

Mosman Wellworks responded very quickly to my call. My well pump went out in the middle of the night in a huge snow storm. I had no water so this was an emergency situation. No other company I called answered their phone except for Eric. He came out right away and did an excellent job servicing my well pump. Even in an emergency situation his prices were very affordable. Nice guy, excellent customer service.
