I can't say enough good things about Eric. We were selling our parent's house and the buyer backed out because the well output was borderline according to their inspection. I called Mosman and another company - the other company never showed. Eric came out and actually spent a few hours inspecting the well and pump and testing the output. He explained everything to me in detail, including how the other inspection could have gotten lower output numbers than he did. He gave me estimates on different possible solutions a new buyer may want. I felt very comfortable with what he did and the estimates. I would have hired him to do the work but the next buyer did not have issues when the well was inspected so no need to get work done (which is the same thing Eric concluded). He didn't charge me for all of this time and work. I am very grateful.

Our 60+ year old well tank started to leak (original to house, used only for outside watering). Eric came to price out the replacement of the tank. Because we have an existing bleeder system, the newer tanks with bladders were not a fit. Eric took extra time to assess our situation to make sure we got the right tank kind and size for our needs. We very much appreciate the extra time he took to "get it right" and to explain things to us. He was later able to return, replace our tank and remove our very old and large tank. We value his attention to detail and patience, and we appreciate that as this is his business, he takes pride in his reputation. We would definitely recommend his company to others.

Although the system required two chlorine systems, it was understandable to me given the circumstances of the original problem. We were very satisfied with Eric's explanations of the issues, and his work. His cost estimates were reasonable, and every estimate of effort was accurate. He took the time to answer all our questions patiently. All communications (emails, phone calls, texts) during the entire project were always answered promptly - and I ask a lot of questions! Moreover, he has a very friendly and confident attitude that is reassuring. Finally, I am very grateful that on the day I called him a little after 7am to tell him we'd lost all water to our home, he (not an answering service, like the first company I called) took my call even though we hadn't used his services previously. He promised to come out around noon, showed up on time, and fixed our pump by the end of the day. We have no hesitation in recommending Eric without reservations!
