+ 10 moreThe best remodeling experience I have ever had - the process and projected expenses were clearly explained at the outset, communication by phone and by email was constant and clear, all of the subcontracted workers were competent, friendly, neat and extremely professional. There were delays, but they were immediately communicated as soon as they came to light. The work was completed on budget, and to an extremely high standard, all in a very pleasant and courteous manner. I recommend Lenny Manz Design/Build LLC whole-heartedly and without reservation.
Description of Work: Finished garage, including heating, blown insulation, new cabinets, drywall, paint and new overhead and entry doors. Finished storage area above garage to a studio apartment with kitchen and full bath, PEX plumbing, blown-in insulation, baseboard heating, insulated windows, insulated skylights and French doors, cable, internet and phone. Rebuilt all stone walls, built stone path connecting main house, studio apartment and barn
