+ 1 moreI initially met with Sulliman in September 2009 and set a date for several weeks later for the job to be done, which Sulliman estimated would take one day, or perhaps an additional morning/afternoon, to complete. Sulliman came on the initial agreed-upon day, took away the items of most value, then disappeared. Instead of completing the job, as agreed upon, in one or two days, I had to keep calling him again and again to finish the work. He would come, take one load, then disappear. After two months of this, he never completely finished the job, leaving items in kitchen cabinets and elsewhere and the condo itself in far from "broom clean" condition. I had to hire a cleaning service to finish the job.
Description of Work: I am the executor for my late in-laws' estates. George Sulliman was hired to clean out their two-bedroom condo, from attic to garage, and leave it in "broom clean" condition. The agreement was that he would take everything away and his compensation was whatever he could get selling the furniture and fixtures, etc. What items were unsaleable would be either donated to Goodwill or disposed at the town dump by Sulliman.
