+ -1 morePurchased a bank owned property that had been, as it turned out, inadequately winterized. Applied Mechanical came in and did a wonderful job of repairing all the plumbing and HVAC problems. The owner, Ed Grudzien, is one of the most honest tradesmen I've ever met.
Description of Work: Repaired leaking pipes (due to freezing), replaced hot water fan-coil unit (due to freezing), repaired leaks to boiler/heating systems (due to freezing). Added AC. Installed waste and water piping for washing machine, utility sink and pump. Installed dryer vent and piping.
