Beware of this structural engineer he does not complete his work. after initial work, does not return phone calls. Beware

I needed an engineer to calculate and provide plans for a failing support beam. Robert was so easy to work with, answered all questions and provided all necessary plans and details. Engineers don't come cheap, but their knowledge and advice are priceless. If you need an engineer for anything, I highly recommend Robert Pryor.

Robert Pryor is very competent, courteous, and trustworthy. He is not always the most prompt, but that may have been due to some extenuating circumstances.

We hired Robert to advise us on how to take down a load bearing wall between our kitchen and living room. Robert was very flexible in meeting with us, as our meeting time changed multiple times due to my scheduling conflicts. He was timely and tackled our problem with ease. He offered us sound advise and developed a plan for us in order to safely remove the wall. We highly recommend Robert and will most definitely hire him again for any projects requiring a a structural engineer!

We were concerned that we may have a structural problem in our home because of a crack in the kitchen floor tiles. Robert inspected the problem from the basement and kitchen and gave us a thoughtful assessment of the problem including possible causes and solutions. We were pleased with his recommendation.
