The locksmith was prompt and completed the work quickly.

I had a dead bolt that needed to be replace in a condo that I rent. But the dead bolt was not completely installed by the former tenant. In addition, there was some damage to the door. The tech was excellent, arrived earlier than the stated time and was very professional. He was quick in his work and cleaned up afterwards, which is important too. I only wished I had printed out the voucher because I was charged and I now have to make a copy and bring it to them for a reduction. I think that the consumer should be informed of bringing the voucher. I just assumed that they knew I purchased from Angie's and was in contact with them. The one thing I didn't understand was I was charged $75 for a service call. I didn't realize that was included in the cost. But I would certainly use them again and i plan on it. They did what the said they would and were very good at it.

Locksmith patiently tried to simply repair the locks. Ultimately, the mechanisms in too were too rusted and had to be replaced. Very respectful and knowledgable. Appointments allow for a block of time to insure quality work.

I've used them for years. They are prompt, professional, and they do excellent work. They are neat, thorough, have timely appointments, and great customer service.

I was told that they usually do not call back if they can't do anything. This is an unusual statement as their rep said he would get back to us. I politely explained to the person I was talking to that common courtesy dictates that a company keep its customers informed as to the status of their service request. The company rep seemed to change his attitude about calling back and informed me that he would get back to me with an update. I can only hope this update does not take 13 additional days to be completed.

Service was great...the representative was able to come earlier than scheduled but was flexible and accomodating.

He was very nice and did a good job. It seems like a very strong lock. He fixed a door handle and some wood that was flapping from a different location and vendor. They were flexible but busy none the less.

They were very good and they were very prompt. They came out and did the job. They didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. They didn't try to say I needed something when I didn't and they didn't try to scare me.

It was a pretty good experience. It was a simple job and I think they do good work, but it was a little pricey. They were professional and courteous while in my home.

The morning of the appointment, they didn't arrive on time. When I called, they told me that the locksmith hadn't seen our appointment, but that he would arrive within 15 minutes, which he did. Once he arrived, he did the work quickly and efficiently, and gave us some advice about sticking doors.

I wanted to see if an old cylinder I had would work at first, but it fell apart when we attempted to put it in. They did an excellent job of putting in a new one for me and the price was better than most other companies in the area. I recommend them and will use them again.

HIS SKILL OF UNLOCKING DOORS IS IMPRESSIVE. I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR HIM TO ARRIVE. WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY CALL I WAS IN MY HOUSE. THE BEST PART IS THE LOCK WASN'T DAMAGED AT ALL.
