My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again.

Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Gianni & Sons, Inc. was dependable, on time, and completed the job when they said they would. They were professional in all aspects of the job. I am completely satisfied with the deck resurface and would highly recommend this company. I should add that in the past they have done the roof and siding on my house and when I needed the deck repaired I called them first because my past experience with them has been so positive.
