Sammy showed up on time, was very professional and did a great job. He cleaned up afterward and left the yard spotless.

I was out of town when the work was performed and Sammy sent me pictures along the way which I really appreciated. He did a professional job and left the place neat, clean and looking fantastic. I am very happy with his work and relieved that the steps are no longer a hazard for the tenants.

Sammy came out early in the morning right on time at 9:00 am. They got right to work patching the block using the right materials and the patch job looked better then many others that I have seen. He made it blend in with the remaining block so it didn't look so much like a patch job and covered all the areas that were falling apart beautifully. He took the time to walk around our building after they finished and provide recommendations to fix the gutters which are the main cause of the problem to avoid further issues. He is very professional, friendly and speaks with honesty. I would recommend Sammy's Masonry to anyone or any business needing block, concrete or stucco work because they know what they are doing and will charge a fair price. Don' t waste your time looking for someone else when Sammy is the best, you wont regret their work or professionalism. Plus they offer many other services in construction for other problems you may be having and are knowledgable in so many areas, you will feel comfortable using this company.

Bobby and Sammy are the best. I have had them do work for me for the last twenty years and they have never disappointed me. they are dependable, fair and do excellent work. you wont be sorry if you hire these guys, they are the best in the business !

Sammy and his workers consistently have done a great job. The work was completely in a timely fashion with wonderful craftsmenship. They are respect and clean up after themselves. I just contracted with them to put in a patio at the back of my house. If you want the masonry job done right then you must use Sammy. My friends and family that have used sammy's masonry have been very please with the work and price.

During an unrelated renovation, the excavator bashed a hole in the brick wall next to the steps that lead down to my basement. It went through two layers of brick; you could see through to the outside. The contractor offered to fix it himself, but I wanted to make sure the work was done right, so I called Sammy. He came out that day (on a weekend), gave me a price on the spot, and came out the next day to fix the wall. As my husband says, it looks better than it ever did. We've already hired him again for other work.

Promptly returned our call and came out and did the estimate. Was very willing to show us pictures of his other jobs and gave us the address of the one is was working on at the time. His estimate was better than the others. He provided us with a start date and called the night before to confirm. We are very happy with his work and would highly recommend him.

Sammy is very professional and hard working. He came out and gave me an estimate. His price was a lot better than the others I got. He gave me an estimated date when he would start. It took a bit longer but Sammy was in constant contact with me and always returned my call or text promptly. His crew was curtious and professional and hard working. Cleaned up the job site each day. The job they did was excellent. We could not be happier. Sammy is wonderful. We will be using him again for a few other jobs we have in the future.

As stated above, Sammy's staff are very good, hard workers. They pay attention to detail and their work is reflective of their work ethic and the utmost sense of pride and responsibility in each job they perform. I have so much confidence in them, that I have referred them to my mom - who is 87 years old and they were able to do a sidewalk and porch for her as well. She was equally satisfied with their quality of work. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for good quality workmanship. I will definitely use them in the future should the need arise - without a doubt. I have also used them to install a granite sidewalk and marble rails. Another spectacular job in a prior home... PS: I am giving them a good status for pricing - because I don't want to give them excellent ratings for everything. Their pricing is fair - I wouldn't say it is excellent - there is always room for improvement when price points are considered, which is the reason why I rated price "good".

To say Sammy is a consummate professional is an understatement. He promptly returned our call for an estimate, came out to our home the next day and walked the entire property with us inspecting the areas we were concerned with. He provided us an initial estimate but after we changed our mind on what we wanted for a walkway, he came right back out a few days later and talked it over with us. We had gotten estimates from a couple of others, and his estimate was right in line. After meeting him, and how he communicated with us, we made the decision right then to hire him. So glad we did. He provided us a start date a few weeks out and called us a few days before to confirm he would be starting on Monday. He and his crew showed up as they said they would, and started right in on the jobs. Took them 2 days to complete which is lightening fast considering how hot it was out there. Every one of the jobs was done perfectly and then some! Everyone on Sammy's team was delightful and really invested in making the customer happy. I would highly, highly recommend Sammy to anyone.

Sammy came out to provide an estimate on May 22. His price was in line with the other companies I contacted. However, he is the only one who followed up with us via a phone call. The scope of the work we wanted done had changed and he was happy to oblige. He came out again to talk about the jobs and make sure we were all on the same page. Originally, he said he wouldn't be able to start until the beginning of July. Less than two weeks later, he called and asked if he could start earlier. He and his crew arrived promptly and began working right away. On the first day, I had a brand new chimney and a front walkway! I couldn't believe it. They worked morning to night at my home for about 6 days. They even came on a Saturday. He let me know each day what they expected to achieve. He was great with my 3 crazy barking dogs and patient and sweet with my 2 little girls who enjoyed talking to him and jumping on him! Sammy and his crew are honest, committed , kind and hard-working men. As a professional, he provided a lot of great ideas throughout each of the projects and accepted all of our ideas and completed them the way we wanted. He did an amazing job and it was a pleasure to work with him. I will most definitely hire him again in the future. Not only is he a professional but he is a good person whose honesty and integrity shine through.

Came very promptly, within a week of providing estimate for the job, and completed all the work in one day. Brought a very capable crew, cleaned up everything after work done. Nice people - would use them again.

Job went smooth and fast, they cleaned up at end of the work day, they kept me posted on the progress. I did recommend them to my friends and family, they also were pleased with their work. I would definitely hire them again for my future projects.

There are too few honest contractors in the world. Sammy is one of them and one of the best. If he says he's going to do something, he does it. He's punctual, professional, and very reasonable. I recall when I was first met him. After a few initial estimates for roof shingle replacement, it looked like I was not going to be able to afford more than just having the house done. One salesman didn't even measure anything and threw out an astronomical estimate. Sammy's estimate, however, was well within my budget and covered all three structures I was hoping to address. The previous estimates were so high, I then worried about quality. Soon after, I learned I had nothing to worry about. Sammy's crew arrived on time, addressed areas I hadn't even thought of, and left the premises in good condition, cleaning up after the job was complete. While Sammy and his crew could surely make much more on jobs that require more than what I've employed him for and more worthy of his talents, he goes out of his way to address the needs of his clients. This is why I've entrusted my business to him ever since and he's never let me down. His crew is skilled and friendly; the work is top-notch. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thanks, Sammy.

It went very well. The provider was on-time, the work was done in an efficient and thorough manner, the worksite was left clean, and the price was very reasonable. I would also personally recommend them to friends.

I was very impressed with A Sammy Construction from the first time that I met the owner. They informed and educated me regarding what needed to be done. They also didn't try to oversell me which several other companies had done. I needed a chimney. The bricks were starting to come loose. I had a few companies tell me that I also needed a new stainless steel liner which turned out to be a lie. This company was great to deal with. They gave me a very fair price and I look forward to having them back to do other work. I would recommend them and have to many other people.

If you are looking to have masonry works done, either on a large or small scale I highly recommend Sammy’s Construction. After our initial meeting Sammy invited me to visit his website to view his work afterwards which, I was stunned and impressed, and in this age of digital photo touchup I am happy to say his actual work matched the photos seen on his website. I had many questions that I think would have annoyed the average contractor but Sammy showed sincere courtesy, exceptional patience and genuine concern. The jobs in question I had them do were, repair to my chimney and adding steps to my backyard. I received quotes for the job from several other contractors that were twice the price Sammy offered. After hearing Sammy’s detailed analysis I would have gladly paid the higher prices to have them done correctly, but the quote he offered was still considerably less than the same work offered by his competitors. He risked losing the bid to them by recommending that I spend more than recommended by a lesser quote which would have only been a temporal to solution. His team arrived for the start of the job in a timely manner and completed both jobs in one day and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. I plan on doing more home improvements in the future and Sammy’s Construction will be first on my list of contractors.
