We had an old-fashioned bathroom with subway tiles about 2/3 up the walls of the entire bathroom, with black tile edge and a strip of decorative patterned tile about 3 inches from the top, both of which we wanted to keep. Some of the white subway tiles had been replaced over the years, so they no longer matched color. The bathtub was stained and ugly. Ernest perfectly masked the black and decorative tiles so that they stayed as is, and glazed the tub and white tiles beautifully. Everything is so clean now! And the retro look of the bathroom was maintained. After the work was completed, there were two tiny spots in the tub that weren't quite smooth, so Ernest came back and fixed them free. Very, very satisfied with the work and the price!

This job went perfect from end to end. I submitted a request for estimate on the Mr. Resurface website and Ernest called me back within 24 hours. His price was right in line with competitors (all within $75 of each other); however, based on his Angie's list ratings, BBB status and is personality on the phone; we hired Ernest for the job. Once we committed and dropped $50 deposit; Ernest sent a very detailed e-mail for us to be prepared (i.e. cleaning the tub; removing items from the bathroom, etc.) as well as what to expect during and after the job (i.e. no showers or baths for 24 hours after). He gave me his cell phone number and either answered the phone or returned call within 24 hours anytime I had a question, up to, during and after the job. He showed up on time on the committed day. He was very professional and showed a general concern for keeping our home clean and not damaging anything as he set up. Other than the bathroom being out of commission while Ernest was working; he posed no other disruption to our normal life which includes managing a 2 year old son and 16 week old dog. Those were my biggest concerns but there was no issue. Ernest completed the job in the time he committed to; he left the house spotless and the tub looked brand new. He left us detailed instructions for after the job (i.e. when we can take the masking paper down, when we can shower and how to clean and care for it). He continued to answer my phone calls or call me back after he was paid in full for the job. The tub has been great since we were able to start using it again. The surface is smooth and bright white like it is brand new. Other than the fact I do not anticipate us needing to refinish a bathtub again anytime soon; I would call Ernest in a second if we needed the service without even checking competitors. I highly recommend making one phone call to Mr. Resurface if you require this service.

The job went well right from the start being punctual, neat, clean and after the job was finished he left the the room spotless. The time and procedures were exactly as described to me the day I met him at the showroom. The job turned out great and looks even better. He followed up the next day with information that I was looking for and that told me he was going to be around for any future service or warranty work.

We are very satisfied with the work he did. The work turned out very well and it was more than I expected. He was professional and other people working in that bathroom commented on what a good job he did.

I called them from a newspaper ad. They were prompt, efficient in scheduling and working, and left my home immaculate after doing a beautiful job!! They also left good details about future cleaning and surface maintenance that were very useful. A+ company to do business with!

Ernest answered our call late in the day on a Saturday. Promptly returned our calls with follow up questions on Sunday. Provided an email confirmation of our appointment, showed up on time, worked like CRAZY all day to finish the bathtub, shower stall and surrounds. He left the work area clean. And the work 48 hours later, is great. Ernest himself was pleasant and professional.

THEY DID THE JOB IN TWO DAYS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME. THEY REALLY DID A GREAT JOB. THE TILE WORK LOOKS WONDERFUL AND I JUST LOVE IT.
