Description of Work: NEW DRYER REPAIRED 2 WEEKS OLD MANUFACTURER MADE THE APPT SO THEY WERE GETTING PAID FOR IT THEY DIDNT SHOW UP AND SAID THEY TRIED TO CALL THE DAY BEFORE BUT DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO LEAVE A MESSAGE MY HUSBAND WAITED ALL DAY FOR THEM JERKS IN MY BOOK

Could not contact customer call was sent from a email we have to contact customer to verify service. Cannot drive to a customer home before contact. With the price of fuel I have to schedule calls together. If call comes from s dispatch we have to verify schedule when I will be in area. It's just the way things are today.sorry for inconvenience. I am only one tech right now . I try to keep my customers happy I been servicing for 40 years some people you cannot please. I did not speak to this customer I think she might of spoke to girl [Member Information Removed] office. Always ask to speak to owner. I would of taken care of the problem. Instead of bad reviews on the internet

Called to schedule an appointment for repair person to diagnose and recommend repair or replace refrigerator/freezer. The next appointment available wasn't for a week, but I scheduled it anyway as they are authorized by LG. Charge for diagnosis was $88.00, which took approximately 15 minutes. Later that day I was told it would be $136 to replace the ice maker, plus the cost of labor. They had to order the part so it would be another week before it could be repaired. I ok'd the repair as I just wanted it done. When scheduling the time for the repair, there was a four hour window. John arrived early, without contacting me ahead of time. In addition I was told to have a plumber come out to replace the water line as he noticed some condensation on it, which he showed me. I was told to wait to use the new ice machine until that was replaced. Would have appreciated this assessment at the time he initially came out as that was an additional cost he should have indicated.

icemaker was installed for 136.90 and a water inlet valve was installed for 24.61 parts had to be ordered from lg appliance in alabama. service charge was 88.00 part were approved by customer before ordering parts. we do not order any parts before a approval. i pointed out water line to cusotmer to have it repaired because water line was dripping water a litte. we do NOT do plumbing i explained this to customer. but you cannot please everyone. our rate are lower than most service co. were are authorized service for lg and many others. we charge manufactures list price. on parts we use. we use only factory parts.....

John arrived within the time window that was promised. He spent some time inspecting the freezer and was honest about the cost of a new compressor and labor being close to the cost of a new freezer. We agreed that purchasing a new freezer was our best option. I wrote him a check for the house call and he left about 45 minutes after arriving. This is the second time we've had John work on one of our appliances. The last was before we joined Angies' list. He did a good job repairing our stove that time and was very reasonable on the labor cost.
Description of Work: John inspected our freezer that failed, and identified the compressor as the problem.
