Don’t waste you Money with Mancini. They do terrible work and not helpful at all once they are paid. The pool deck is supposed to be gray, it’s pink! The lines are crooked, they promised to fix it and never showed back up. They charged me over $40,000 to do this job and could care less that we were not happy. Go anywhere but here. Seriously if you’re considering hiring them for ANY work at all please contact me and I will be happy to show you the absolute poor quality of work they do before you spend your money and have to spend more to fix it like I do.

I had a stamped concrete patio installed by Mancini pool decks and I noticed that from the freeze and thaw cycles of this past winter, it ripped off the top layer in a section of my stamped concrete patio leaving the color of normal cement and it is a true eyesore and visitors we have at our house notice and comment on it. For the price of what we paid, this is not acceptable and especially not even 2 years after it was installed. On April 20th, I reached out to Mancini pool decks and provided photos and asked for it to get looked at. It took a month to get a reply which was essentially "its not that big of an area" the silence once again. If this type of damage/imperfections appeared after this short time, it is likely to happen again in future winters and all of a sudden it is a gigantic issue and my 2 year warranty which expires in about 2 months would be over. I simply want this looked at and provided options as it is unacceptable and there is not a single time I use my patio where I do not look at this area in disgust. If I simply received prompt replies and had this looked at and given options, I would not be writing this review. However, I am being ignored and this is unacceptable. I get the impression this company is very busy with pool decks/patios and simply does not want to take the time to correct issues with prior customers rather take on new customers where the money is at. You should always treat the customer like they could be your last!

Mike the salesman/job foreman was fine to work with. The issue is the lack of attention to detail. I felt overall the prep work looked rushed and marginal at best. The day of the pour the workers were most concerned with who was leaving on the "first wave" instead of worrying about my job. I caught some lines/control joints that were crooked or off center that were fixed while sit wet, but after the job was done I noticed that they are not symmetrical from one side of the pool to the other or square to the edge and drives me nuts. The saw cutter hit my coping and dented it a little. I was left with concrete splatter on a brand new driveway that I ended up chiseling and washing. Overall just sloppy. A neighbor had his done at the same time with similar results.

The job was handled perfectly from beginning to end. The young man who managed the project was out to talk with us a leasst 3 times prior to my scheduling my job. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in determining how my ideas would be met. There were several steps to the finish line and everyone was handled smoothly and with good humor. The men he had working on the job were also professionals and everything was carried out to the minute detail perfectly. I love the look the look that the new porch and sidewalk has added to my house. I would use Mancini again in a heartbeat if I had a need to and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

The hardest part was waiting for them to come....they are booked out several months. Once they were here they were very professional and completed the job whcih did take several days as there are certain steps in their process.

For obvious reasons, they were not hired for the work.
