John and his crew arrived on time from day one. I worked from home the entire time they were there. Considering the scope of the job, at times I forgot they were there. They were very professional and, all the work was completed as John stated on the paperwork. Clean up was perfect. I would highly recommend John and his team.

He came in and did what he said he was going to do fast and great work

It was easy to work with john. He was timely for appointments, and got the job done when he said he would. My yard actually looks better now than it did before he replaced the septic tank.

Very on top of the project, proactive in communicating

We had septic issues for months and could not find anyone who would walk us through all the steps of diagnosing the problem and where to go from there. Before even needing to find a contractor, John walked us through the entire process of diagnosing a septic system, finding an engineer to diagnose the problem and so forth. He spent extensive time on the phone with us explaining this without ever trying to sell his services to us. 6 months later when everything was figured out, we reached out to multiple contractors and though our issue required an entirely new expensive system, Johns quote was the most comprehensive. He was the most affordable and included everything - new system, grading, landscaping, hiring someone to take down trees, electrical work, and seeding the lawn. He even graded parts of our property that weren t affected by the system on our request. His work was efficient and thorough and the yard looks great. We could not have made it through this process without him. I would trust him with any project for our home and would hire him again without hesitation. Highly recommend. It is very hard to find a trustworthy contractor so we are grateful to have found him.

It was a pleasure working with John for our septic repairs. His communication was quick and clear. He even worked with us while he was on vacation to give us a quote. His machine operator is one of the best I ve seen in that profession and John was as professional as they come, got right to work and knew exactly what was needed for this repair . Their work was performed in a very neat manor disrupting the least amount of land as possible and when the job was finished the site was backfilled and left in a perfect condition for me to dress . I think John is the real deal. He comes when he says he will and explains what he intends to do to fix your problem. He stays on site while the work gets done and answers any questions, even mine, which were often based on pure ignorance of how the task was being performed, And after completing a really tough job, his crew did a terrific clean up, something I'm not always used to getting. PLUS the price was very fair, at least based on my Web research of what a new septic system could cost. I have a rental property that needs septic work and will be re hiring him again in the spring, which is probably the best recommendation I can give.

I found John on HomeAdvisor. He is well thought of at the local health department. He was great to work with. He was willing to customize the project for me. Great job and fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend his work.

My new septic tank went in yesterday. John and his crew were professional and did everything that was promised in the original estimate. My yard space was challenging and John was not only able to get a 1000 gallon tank in but he did it without breaking a sidewalk that was in jeopardy. I called John and he took the time to discuss the history of my septic tank, answer all my questions, and recommend a path forward for inspection and troubleshooting. he was very informative and had good recommendations, and subsequently proceeded to send one of his inspectors over to do the job.

I was thoroughly pleased with how John handled my project from the initial quote to completion of the job. Last fall when I had my septic tank pumped, I was informed the concrete was crumbing and it was recommended I replace the tank. John was willing to take the time to come out and walk the property with me and answered all my questions. As any savvy shopper does, I secured several quotes for my job. John was the only one who even mentioned checking the D-boxes. While all the quotes were in the same ballpark, John went above the rest by including grading, topsoil, seed and hay. A quality job from start to finish.

John was really great. He was flexible and worked with us while we were in the last stages of selling our house. He was easy to reach with questions, and completed all aspects of the job quickly and thoroughly. The quote her gave us was what he charged. We would highly recommend John.

John did a excellent job. He said he will start eairly and he start right at the time he said. Finish the installation the same day. The next day he did all the final touches and let me tell you it came out better than I imagine.

Our experience with this contractor was excellent in all respects.

I called John in September 2017. I was in the process of selling a rental property in Connecticut. I live in Virginia. I had been dealing with another contractor who was unresponsive. The same day I called John he went to the property and surveyed the work to be done. Within 24 hours I had an estimate and an estimated start date. To my advantage the start date advanced when another scheduled project was delayed. A pumped system was installed in some very rocky terrain. John had estimated 2 days of hammering and two days it was. The project was finished on time and at the price quoted. John put up with my pesky buyer. He always responded immediately to a text or email or call. It was a pleasure to work with him. He made it easy for me to be far away while this project was done. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it and never failed to keep me updated. Kudos.
