Description of Work: Fixed all rotted headers, beams, plywood, etc around 2 garage doors, then resided and trimmed entire area. Showed up at 8AM, were done by 8PM. Awesome job, respectful workers, cleaned up everything !!

+ 0 moreThe price was reasonable because we did a lot of research. They're crew is young and strong and very responsible. They are easy to work around. Jason is always at our beck and call. He's the one that gave us different ideas on what to do and what not to do. They have used top quality products. That's what we asked for and that's what they are using.
Description of Work: We contracted with Bartlett Contracting so they are still working on the project. They are doing some additions to our house. They are adding 2 bedrooms, a party room, a great room. They are doubling the size of our house.

+ -1 moreStarted work in a timely manner and finished work as stated. Professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Would recommend them and would use this company again in the future.
Description of Work: Took down small deck and put up a. 17x12 average. Azek deck, trex rail. It has gray rails, white spindles, white cap post. It has stairs going down the center, leading to the yard. It is truly a beautiful deck.

+ -1 moreWe contracted with Jason Bartlett (Bartlett Contracting) to strip (2 layers) and reshingle our roof. He got us the estimate in a couple of days and his pricing was extremely reasonable. He told us he could do the job in two to three weeks and it would take one to two days to complete. After we signed the contract he called me a couple of days later and told me he would do the roof that week because he knew we were anxious to get it done. He assigned a crew of 6 men to do the job and they completed it in just one day. The men were professional, polite, and were very careful to not damage or disturb anything near the house. They picked up any debris as they went along and did a final complete clean up at the end of the day. Excellent experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend Bartlett Contracting for any and all roofing jobs.
Description of Work: Stripped two layers of shingles and reshingled our roof with GAF Timberline lifetime architectual shingles. Cut in a ridge vent, installed new chimney flashing, new boots, new drip and rake edge, felt paper, ice and water shield, and hip and ridge caps.
