Description of Work: They replaced a rotted pole supporting the deck, a broken shingle, and a gutter drain. Dave was able to provide an estimate via photos and they came out the next week and replaced everything quickly and effeciently.

Description of Work: David Albert came and re-set a long-loose railing up to our second floor, and put in a new railing down to the basement. He did a terrific job, was courteous, very friendly, and professional. He also gave me some rough estimates on future work. I will definitely use Albert's again.

Description of Work: Dave installed a new roof for me. It was quite complicated because I had multiple levels of shingles. He did it in the time frame he predicted and cleaned up afterwards. The roof remains intact and I have had no problems. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him.
