Description of Work: Jesse is an excellent plumber. He arrived promptly, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and did the work quickly and professionally. I also found him to be very affable, pleasant, and courteous. It was a pleasure to have this man working in my home.

Description of Work: Jesse installed a new hot water beverage system in my house, replacing the one that broke. He performed a few other plumbing tasks that I can't recall, and referred me to someone to snake my drain. He was extremely helpful, even getting on the phone with the company that sent the new tank but who didn't send the right fittings. It was a clutch situation because I was about to move, and rent my house out, and I needed everything to be perfect. He was great, and I will definitely hire him the next time I need a plumber!

He examined both units, checked for parts in his van (which he had) and gave me options of quick fixes versus total replacements and advised me on the costs of those choices. He was quick, friendly and cleaned up after himself. I have referred him to others who have also liked his service.
Description of Work: Jesse fixed two toilets, which were leaking.,. and he replaced several parts within the tanks.

+ -1 moreThis plumber gets an A++ on punctuality. He was on time when he estimated the issues before closing, and on time when he came to perform the repairs. Repairs were completed in the estimated time. He found things that needed replacement (deteriorated toilet flanges) and other items that didn't need repair which was a relief. He showed us what was done and explained where valves were located for water shut-off (a helpful tip for a new home owner!). Work was performed cleanly and neatly. We were happy with the overall service and will use this plumber again.
Description of Work: We recently moved into a house that's a fixer-upper. We knew from the house inspection that we had loose toilets, a leaky outside faucet (you should see the icicles that were on it!), and some water pressure issues.

He worked quickly and explained what was really necessary and the cheapest option, as well as where quality was vital and what would cost more and where to find both options. He left everything clean and shiny and removed all garbage and bits of labels and packing materials. He was absolutely great!
Description of Work: Jesse replaced a faucet in my guest bathroom, and inspected the drain and pipes in the master bath.
