Very very well pleased.

My computer was running so slowly that it was unusable. I took it over to PC Development. They analyzed it and got back to me the next day, telling me that my hard drive was dying, but was still functional enough so that they could copy its contents. They copied the hard drive to a refurbished hard drive, cleaned up the files and the registry and then installed it in my PC. ($212.00) As I was carrying it out the door, I asked over my shoulder, "Do you repair cell phones?." "Only the screens!" I'd been carrying around a Galaxy S3 with a shattered screen for two months, so I asked if they could fix that too. They ordered me a new screen and a couple of days later, that was fixed too! ($95.00! A lot cheaper than a new phone!) It's been two months since the service and my computer is still working fine, and I'm still fondling the silky unbroken screen on my phone!

I first talked with Jeremy who answered the phone. Often when a computer goes down it can be stressful, and he has a very soothing voice! My computer had simply died and wouldn't even turn on. Both Jeremy and Brian the technician were exceedingly professional and answered all of my questions. A part had to be special-ordered, and Brian the technician was great at keeping in touch with me via phone to give me updates. He diagnosed and fixed the problem as scheduled.

Good rates. They are super than the other places I used. When they service explain stuff well in terms you can understand. Good hours, friendly, fast turn around time. All in all I was very happy with them so I will probably use them in the future again.

Very professional and quick service at a reasonable price. I had to drive a distance but the results were well worth it. Called and explained the problem and the options along the costs, there were no surprises.

Had my primary computer die, but didn't know what. Bryan diagnosed multiple problems none of which were the same as the geeksquad. Wish I would've used PC Dev. first! Very friendly, efficient, fairly priced, knowledgable, and provided numerous options to save the old computer, rather than trying to get me to buy a new machine. Would definitely go back but hope I don't have to! Thanks!

I'm up and running and it's not stalling anymore. They have provided me with phone support as well.

PC development group is second to none! They were beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and really listened and understood what the customer wants. They helped design and build a totally custom PC, as well as repair my old one. Both jobs were completed in less than a day and price quotes were exact. The staff is excellent and hard-working! I will be a returning customer no doubt!

Unbelievable service, and efficiency.. I was told that the diagnostic fee was 30.00, if work is done, this amount is applied to the total bill. The tech called and explained the problems with my machine, and how they would be fixed. I recieved a phone call the next afternoon that the work was completed.! The total bill was $30. and change, but the way I figured it was about 60.00. The diagnostic fee was waived, so my total bill was 30.00...amazing. Fair, fast friendly and quality service is almost unheard of today. I was even given printed instructions on how to fix the problem if it recurred. I can't say enough about this business. I will be using them again whenever necessary, and will recommend them to my family and friends. PC Development Group is awesome.

It is a little computer store. Both I and my wife are in Information Technology. You are working and your PC needs some work then you can walk in to their store. I wish I could be a parent for all the guys that are working there as they are young and they are that good. If I have a question and I go in there, they really know as to what they are doing. I hope they never go out of business. Their price varies and depends on what I want to be done. I have bought a desktop, laptop, different peripherals and different software from them. They do everything. They are great. They are great to talk to and I love them. They seem to win over everybody that I have talked to and they go there when they need anything to be done. They are good.

I brought our computer in and received an estimate for the work that they suggested to "clean" our hard drive. I gave them the "go ahead" and was able to pick up our hard drive by the close of business the following day. The staff was very friendly and professional. They even insisted on carrying the hard drive out to my car. They delivered exactly as promised!

Everything went really well. Jason is very personable and really helpful.

They are prompt and reasonable and do good work.

Recommended by a friend, this company has always done well by me. I love the fact that they also have "same day" service for a slight extra fee. I have taken advantage of this at times.
