Last year their employee indicated that one of our radiators was leaking. This year this employee did not indicate that. Don't know which is true.

Great! HARP diagnosed the problem at their first visit after 2 oil companies had been out multiple times over 3 years and had replaced thermostats which was not the cause of the problems. HARP gave us options at the first visit to minimize the cost (turn off the zoning feature which we opted for) and then we ultimately had them out to replace the zoning board.

The HVAC system died over the weekend. On Monday I contacted four contractors to get proposals. One contractor said that they could not do the work in a timely manner. I met with the other three. HARP was the only contractor to measure the house and detail the windows for a load estimate. One contractor just used the square footage of the house while the other proposed the same ton system that was installed prior. From a price perspective, one contractor low balled the equipment and came in with the lowest price. HARP and the other contractor were very close in price with HARP being just a tad higher. However HARP proposed a better system and one that met our heating and cooling needs. The system was installed one week after an agreement was signed. The installation went well with a team of four very knowledgeable techs. There a hardware problem with the zone control board, however we had A/C that evening. HARP came the next day to swap out the unit and all checked out fine.

From the initial sales call to completion of the job HARP employees were professional, very knowledgeable about there products, they listened to our thoughts and concerns. The cost came in middle of the pack of quotes, but they priced the top Consumer report HVAC unit, at the SEER level we wanted and tonage we wanted. The other companies quoting disregarded all we discussed. After a partial down payment we had our new unit and HW heater in less than a week. The technicians were prompt, spread CLEAN tarps from front door, up the stairs and into the area of the heat exchanger. They were friendly but focused, they involved us in decision making when they hit a small snag. All and all a very positive experience! I would highly recommend HARP to anyone.

HARP gave us an estimate for isntallation of central air conditioning in our old house. Their price was a little higher than some of their competitors, so we did not end up using them. However, I had a very good impression of the company. The representative who came out was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He presented all his information clearly and didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics. I will contact them in the future if I have other needs.

The company took our call and promptly sent a serviceman to our house (within 2 hours). Very professional on the phone and then in person. They honestly assessed and diagnosed the problem. The issue was fixed.

They replaced a hot surface ignite on a "Buderus" boiler that I purchased approximately 2 years ago. I called them at 6:30 a.m. And they were out there by 10:00 a.m. They left to purchase the piece and had the heat back on by 12:00. It cost me nothing b/c it was under warranty. However, I was impressed with the speed in which they answered the call. The knowledge of the HVAC person. He walked me through the procedure in layman terms and the professionalism of the entire company. I will be using them to replace my air conditioner because they have stood behind their work and were incredibly responsive and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!! Carol O'Brien

They came out to repair a 19 year old existing furnace. This furnace heated the upstairs level of our house. The part and installation totaled $600.00. That worked for a day. A repair that was made 2-3 years earlier by a different company was not performed well leaving a wire placed incorrectly and basically causing a short. There was no way of knowing how far in the electric system the short travelled. We deiced to replace the unit and the ac unit. They rebated us $400 for the part. We had this company replace the furnace and ac unit for our lower level 9 months prior. That took one whole day. This replacement took 2 whole days. The furnace being located in the attic and snow in the backyard where the ac unit is located probably contributed to the additional day. Both installations went well. The technicians were punctual and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. We purchased high end units. Hopefully this will minimize future repairs. Anytime a service is needed the cost is substantial.

HARP came out quickly and analyzed the problem. after determining that a "free" or low cost solution wouldn't work- he replaced a sensor and returned heat to our house. Repair guy was polite, helpful and looked out for our best interests (i.e., didn't gouge us even though we were without heat and didn't have any options). We have used HARP for years and will continue to do so because of their trustworthy approach to business.

Once again Harp was amazing!! We ntoiced at 9 pm at night that our house seemed chilly. At that point we figured out the heat wasn't working so we called Harp. The call service reached out to the on call tech and he called back within 15 mins. He took the time to walk us through a few possible troubleshooting solutions, but none of them worked. He arrived right when he said he would and took the time to investigate the issue. Once he figured out what the issue was he replaced the thermocoupler and explained why we had issues wirh the part twice in one year (due to the way the furnace is vented). He also took the time to insoect the rest of the furnance to see if there were any other issues. The experience was womderful and we found the tech to be extremely professional. We will definitely use Harp again in the future.

Joey handled our service again, and as always, exceeded our expectations. His work is always very thorough and he always goes the extra mile to do a great job. We are grateful to Joey and HARP for such professional service.

It took them 2 days to respond to my email sent from Angie's List site which they did via email, and they couldn't come out for another 3 weeks, I wouldn't call them again.

We have been using them for 10 years. I am on a plan with them. It was good. They came out when they said they would be here. They always show up on time.

I called Harp on the morning of January 19th to say the blower on my furnace was not working. At technician was scheduled for that day to come out between 3 - 5 pm. The technician arrived before 3pm. He determined the capacitor was not working. He told me he could make the repair. He gave me a price for the replacement. I was already aware of the $98.00 diagnostic charge. I had a $25.00 coupon from Angie's List. The furnace blower was working by 4pm. Good Service. Would call them again.

Technician arrived on time ; hooked up vacuum to furnace vent and cleaned each and every register and intake. Took just a few hours, cleaned up everything.
