They did a prompt and efficient job and the technicians were very professional and responsive to all my questions. Everyone from the office and sales staff were a pleasure to deal with. They would even call ahead to let you know how soon they would be arriving. I will definitely use this company again for all my future heating, cooling & plumbing needs.

He didn't really do a whole lot of anything and then they were supposed to send me some kind of report by email and I got nothing there and its not that important so I didn't bother.

Couldn't come for a few days in a heat wave despite explaining that wife needs A/C for medical reasons. Showed up on time. Did good work. Charged a lot for replacing bad capacitor.

It went very well. They responded quickly after we called them late on a Saturday afternoon. The pump was fixed quickly.

The technician came and found the problem quickly. He checked all the system for any additional problems. HARP had installed a replacement for my old system years ago. They impressed me with their efficiency in the installation as well as leaving the job completely cleaned up.

The service was good but it was expensive part of the ac unit had to be replaced.

The technician came out and inspected the air conditioning system. He made recommendations as to what needed to be replaced. Since our system is quite old, he also recommended that perhaps our system should be replaced instead of sinking money into part replacement. The price to replace the two parts that need to be replaced was quite high: $254 to replace the capacitor and $282 to replace the contactor, so we decided not to proceed with their replacement at this time.

Professional, arrived on time and completed in one day. HARP subcontracted the work with my permission because I wanted work done ASAP. My contract and warrantee is with HARP. HARP called me in the middle of the day to see how work was going and again at the end of the day to see if I was satisfied with the work.

The work was completed without any issues.

HARP sent a rep to the house, he did the evaluation for sizing, which was in line with the sizing tools I used. The solution he offered was just about what I had picked out, and I went with his recommendation. The install went fine. They did have to be reminded to retape some ducts, but we're happy to take care of it.

I felt comfortable with the rep that came to the house. His sizing was the same as other estimates and what I came up with. When installation day came, there were no surprises and all went well.

Very pleasant, punctual and they removed old one and cleaned after themselves.

Just in case anyone is interested... I just had my Central Air system replaced for both floors of my home. It was done by HARP out of South Windsor. They did a fantastic job! The the techs doing the installation were great! Not only were they very knowledgeable, they were also extremely courteous. They cleaned everything up when they were done. You would never know that they had been there.

We had air conditioning installed throughout our split-level home. It took two days since we had no ductwork previously. The installers did a great job and you’d never know that it wasn’t installed when the house was built. Most of the ductwork is in the attic, with two ducts running down one closet (taking about 8” off one side) and another in the top portion of the linen closet. The crew was very experienced and efficient, went to great lengths to minimize dirt and dust and cleaned up thoroughly when done. The cost was very reasonable for the work performed, and was lower than other estimates that we received. I'd certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing A/C installed.

Visit 1: Technician diagnosed as Ignition OK but pilot goes out after 30 seconds and tries to light again. Pilot flame is not reaching flame sensor. It was determined to be non-functioning gas valve. Visit 2: Technician installs new gas valve and same issue. Visit 3: Another technician comes and determines real issue to be a plugged orifice. Issue is resolved. Technicians were professional and helpful and was disappointed that it took 3 visits to diagnose this issue and family had no heat for 6 days.

In addition to being prompt and doing the work well, the HARP technician gave me a lot of good information re: boilers in general, which will come in handy when it comes time to replace mine. I appreciate intangibles like that. They were also very good about answering questions and explaining what needed to be done and why. Did not try to upsell.

Use HARP for several years since they have installed a new high efficiency furnace. Highly satisfied with service.

Safety issue related to chimney caught early. Excellent communication from service technicians. Few snags which were remediated.

Chose another vendor due to cost. ,

Replacement parts for our system no longer exist. The Harp technician fabricated the needed replacements on the spot. Saving us the cost of replacing the unit. We will definitely hire Harp again.

The installation went well. They came with a team of four which made the install fast and the toting of the heavy equipment easy and safe. I had some issues with a strange noise a few weeks after the install. They came out immediately to check it out and resolved the issue.

The whole thing went great. Clean, professional, explained everything! Now we have them service it as well.
