Description of Work: No cost as we are under service contract. This was for annual service on heat and C/A. Went to use A/C once it got warm system did not work had to wait for service next day. Looks like I will have to upgrade my service to get same day service. Happens everytime they come out something doesn't work and it is usally super hot or very cold.

I checked the service history notes for your annual heat and cool and it looks like everything was running when our technician was there on 5/5/2014 for maintenance. He had the system running and checked amperages on the fan motor and checked pressures on the a/c etc. Your issue on 6/4, was becasue of a blown fuse in the furnace. When we were there in May, the fuse was not blown. Its a good thing you had a service contract with us. You called us on 6/4 at 3:13 and we have you on the schedule for the next morning in the first time slot of the day between 8-830 and our tech arrived on site at 7:45. I'd say thats a great turnaround. Your gold membership contracts us to be out next day, and we were. If you weren't a club member, you would have waited until next week for sure. Sorry you are disappointed with your service, but from where I'm sitting, we did everything we were supposed to and you didn't pay for it. Not sure why that got us a D rating from you. We did everything every according to the contract, and you are still unhappy. I'm sorry, but I don't know how to fix that. You pay for a contract, we honored the contract by arriving at your house within the time frame guidelines and didn't charge you for a service call and you are still upset. Unfortunately I am at a loss on this one.

Description of Work: Bi-annual HVAC check up- inside and out; the technician discovered a drain line that had come disconnected;also, explained what he did and addressed my questions. |Technician was unable to reinstall a ceiling vent where the screws were stripped by another contractor, however, the new vent and installation is more than the cost of the check up; will need to consider that one, but overall a positive experience.

Description of Work: Our 21-year-old central air conditioning system had broken down. In two prompt service calls, HARP technicians diagnosed several problems accurately and fixed them -- from a worn-out thermostat and low refrigerant to a clogged filter and broken relay switch in the condenser unit; they had to hunt down the relay switch, given the age of the Heil unit, and that's what necessitated two visits. Bottom line: Great and honest service. We couldn't be happier.
