Description of Work: Had to have them replace the expansion tank on the furnace (old). While that service went well there were some leaks from valves that were used during the service. They did promptly return to fix those free of charge.

Description of Work: My furnace was making loud noises and one of the valves was leaking. The HARP mechanic (DON) came (on time) to evaluate the problem(s). He explained all the details and recommended that the furnace be acid cleaned due to sediment build up. He performed the acid clean and replaced the HI-LOW valve. The furnace is now working like new.

Description of Work: I used HARP Mechanical to service my A/C system. I had a number of good experiences with them. First visit service as outstanding. System needed repairs. Work was perfomed immediately to my delight. On one maintence call a line was not cleared properly resulting in a flood. Compensation was prompt. Lastly my A/C failed. They determined that the unit was not salvagable and needed immediate replacement. Another company was consulted. They managed restored service for one more season. This allowed me to replace the furnace and A/C together saving significant $'s

Description of Work: HARP mechanical installed Fujitsu ductless air conditioning system in my home. A total of five air exchangers were installed. 4 in bedrooms and one in living room. They installed 2 outdoor units as well. They came when they said they would, took the time they said they needed, and finished within budget. The guys were all well informed and knowledgeable and friendly. They left the place cleaner than when they got there. All the guys wore booties inside and laid down tarps to minimize dirt.
