Hi Mr. [Member Name Removed], I am glad to see that you are mostly very happy with our services. I wanted to clarify, to others who read this review, that you paid $299.00 including tax for your Gold Club membership. This membership includes your annual heat and cool ($189+tax and parts normally) AND if you ever need service, there are no diagnostic fees (normally $98) and you don't pay for any services. For example, if your motor on your furnace breaks, we come out and replace it and you don't pay anything. You do pay a little bit extra for this level of service but thats because if something happens, you don't pay anything. It's kind of like an insurance policy. You pay for it and if nothing happens, well at least you had the peace of mind to know that if somthing did break on your furnace or air conditioning sytem, you wouldn't pay for any covered repairs and if something does break, then you are covered. The Gold membership is in the median price range.. We do have Silver memberships which are less money, but the benefits are not as good either. It still includes the annual heat and cool but you only get discounts. For example the diagnostic fee is reduced from $98 to $29.95 and you get 20% off all our services. So if you motor replacement is $349, you get 20% off that price, rather than pay nothing at all as a Gold Member.
