HARP gave us text and email notices prior to arriving, including a photo of our technician so we knew who to expect. He was very thorough and did a great job cleaning and inspecting. He did find a rusted part that needed to be replaced, which he did during the same appointment. Received in-time estimates and invoices by email so we were very clear on what we were getting an paying for. Very professional and supportive of clear electronic and verbal communication. Would definitely recommend to others.

It was fine. They were very professional. They came when they said they would come. They were quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves.

Hot water did not work after furnace install, was fixed the next day. Had to clean up after technicians who installed AC, when I got home from work. Only one electric baseboard heater is working now after Tech tried to install a thermostat that was not compatible with electric heat. Had to fix an oil leak at the feed line to the new furnace myself after waiting two days for a call back. Still waiting for Wifi thermostats that were promised to me. I've talked to countless people about these issues, and although never rude, They all seem indifferent and not interested in making things right. The way we are connected these days you'd think that a company would be interested in keeping reviews like this off the Internet. I get the distinct feeling that they don't care and are only interested in collecting the balance of their invoice.

I told the receptionist on Saturday 7/6/19 that I am a HARP customer for Air Conditioning with an ongoing annual contract for periodic maintenance on my equipment (that by the way was installed by HARP a few years ago). I was told the first availability for a plumber to snake the line was Thursday, 7/11/19. I don't know what you think, but I think that kind service is FAR FAR below my expectations for a company that I consistently do business with.

After 25 years we deecided to replace our home HVAC system. Harp came promply when promised and provided a free estimate. We called back and they scheduled the work within one week. They arrived again when promisd and completed all work in a single day. They always call when theeir service people are "on the way" and provide an app so that the truck can be tracked to your doorstep. All their staff and workmen were couteous and pleasent.

Technician came in an checked out the system and cleaned the boiler. The workmanship exceeded my expectations.

Been a customer for 25 years for A/C and Heating but also now availing ourselves of the plumbing service they provide. They are always on time with the most competent and respectful service people you will find anywhere.

Each technician who did the maintenance work seemed very knowledgeable. Each was also very personable and helpful in answering any questions I had and pointing out things I should be aware of. I have used HARP for over 12 years and the one time there was a problem due to faulty work by one of the technicians, HARP looked into the matter and assumed full responsibility for repairs/costs associated with fixing the problem in a timely fashion. I have found HARP to be very dependable and I really count on them.

The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. I highly recommend HARP. I switched my heating system to them as well after my experience with the AC i stall. Thank you HARP!

They were excellent. They were professional, friendly and efficient. They laid down tarps everywhere and even vacuumed when they were done. They tore out the old system, condensers, coils, electrical and put in all new things. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Called late on a Friday and although they say they offer 24/7 service, it doesn't apply to plumbing problems and I was given an appointment for the following Monday. Luckily, we could put a bucket under the leak. The plumbing tech (Raul) called to ask if he could come a little earlier and was very pleasant and professional and made the repair in less than an hour. Before starting work, they give an estimate of the repair and at $304 it was higher than I anticipated. If they had to blow out of the line, it would have been an additional $200. While the work appears to be fine, the pricing is substantially higher than other plumbers we've used and prevents me from recommending them.

They arrived right at the appointment time and they were great.

I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak.Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400.

Very irresponsible even after paying the amount $1000 for parts they forgot to replace one part and they did after so many call and that too 7 months so horrible service even thier customer service is so awaful

A part in central air compressor had exploded. Part was replaced and system was checked for other issues including the ducting in attic. Used coupon from Angie’s list for $50 credit toward repair. Worker was very professional and fixed the problem. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

The project went very smoothly, from getting a price quote through installing all of the equipment. I've used HARP for ongoing maintenance of my furnace and AC for 5 years and have been very pleased, all of the time. HARP exceeded my expectations in doing a very professional job of helping me select the right equipment and installing/configuring all of the equipment. Additionally, they left my basement very clean afterward. I highly recommend HARP.

Donny was great. Extremely professional, pleasant and did a great job. Arrived on time. Quickly identified what the issue was and fixed it.

HARP was prompt, courteous and the two reps went right to work on our normal maintenance cleaning of our heating and hot water heater, under our contract for service. We take issue with the relentless up selling they attempted with my husband. Some of it would of had us pay a great deal of money, that was not necessary at this time. I appreciate having potential problems pointed out, but this was overkill. A written assessment of future potential repairs is fine, but these reps were too persistent!
