It was a big job to replace our 60 year old boiler in our 120 year old home. Not for the faint of heart but Sean the lead tech and his team were awesome. He scoped out our system a few days before the job, consulted with me where I wanted the new system, and when he and his team showed up they were off to the races. Completed all the work in two days including gas hook-up, removal off all our old systems including the oil tank and installation of our space age new boiler and indirect hot water system which runs like a charm, is quite, and no more costly oil deliveries!

Maintenance for both heating and air conditioning systems.

They were efficient for the most part. They delivered the whole thing in two days, which was pretty impressive. They lived up to their promises. We did have one little glitch that delayed them a little bit, but they resolved that the next morning. So there was nothing really to complain about. They seemed conscientious, dedicated and into taking good advantage of their resources and network of experts.

Change old oil boiler to a new condensing modulating Buderus boiler and indirect hot water tank, relocating a boiler and changing all old steam gravity heating pipes in the basement to new copper pipes. | |Punctuality was perfect. They started at the promised date. It took 5 full days, on average 3 guys were working at my basement at every given time. The last few days even more people came to help, so everything was completed when promised. | |Responsiveness was great. The quote was e-mailed by a salesman in 2 days. Because of the large scope of the job, I asked a plumber who will do the job to come and confirm all the details of the job to be performed. He came and explained everything, after that I signed a contract. | |The quality of the job was good. There were few spills of old dirty water onto my new furniture that could be prevented with due diligence, but otherwise the guys worked very professionally and cleaned after themselves. | |The price was high, but comparable to other quotes, and the equipment installed was the high end.

Oil Furnace maintenance. I have platinum plan which is $35/month which covers cost of parts and labor. It was cheaper to pay for this plan than the parts/labor to maintain the oil furnace.

This $94 to tell me I am correct is a ripoff. On this visit, the technician did not have the gasket I stated on the phone was leaking so they did a temporary fix and ordered the gasket that was going to be gotten the following day. I am still waiting for HARP to schedule the appointment to do the work I called about over two weeks ago. At least the temporary fix is holding - so far. UPDATE: Fixed a water leak in my boiler. After hearing back from HARP about the review I originally posted, I am revising my review in that the followup work would not improve the system and due to the house construction the work that was completed actually was better than the additional followup work. HARP was waiting for a part that still is not available. I authorized Kevin to cancel the parts order and am completely with the work that was done.

Everything was left clean and the pipes were a work of art. The water heater was replaced with an indirect unit. They are professionals.

We used Harp to put central AC in our home. Their price wasn't the lowest but they were much more informative about the various systems, listened to our needs and make good recommendations. They installed the central AC with minimal disruption to our home and cleaned up as they worked. Their staff were very professional and just overall nice friendly people. I would use them again for heating or other services.

Their prices are a bit high, but they are very thorough and do high quality work. Additionally, they excel at returning calls and emails in a timely fashion and are always punctual. Ultimately, they provide a top-tier service, and I would recommend them to others.

I hired them because they were local and had been in business for quite some time. The price was higher than expected, but the technicians arrived on schedule, were courteous and knowledgeable, and did a thorough job with the repairs. Ultimately, I was happy with the experience.

They came promptly, identified the problem with the thermostat and fixed it. However, it did not work. They sent out another person a few days later, and that person fixed it. I have an unusual heating system, which may have been why the first technician wasn't able to fix it. The second person fixed it immediately at no extra charge. I was very happy with the price.

Service call was arranged for tech to arrive between 12 noon and 2 p.m. Dan arrived at 12:30 p.m. and promptly got to work. Thoroughly checked and cleaned furnace, cemented chimney where exhaust pipe is connected; thoroughly checked a/c system. Dan answered all questions to my satisfaction and was very pleasant to work with.
