Service technician was very thorough. He was on time, pleasant and explained what was entailed in the service

This company was really fast about scheduling the appointment for the estimate and came on time. When the man came out to the house the first thing he did was crack a joke about our last name, I wasn't offended but it did make for an awkward situation. He looked at the radiator, looked in the basement and took some pictures. Before he left he said he would have a quote for us by the end of the week or the beginning of the following week. He said he didn't want to "over promise" a time. The beginning of the week came and went and we heard nothing from the person. Now it is Friday, about 9 days since he came out and I decided to call to make the company aware of what happened. I didn't have the name of the man who came out to the house since when he left he made the mistake of handing me a blank card instead of his business card. The woman who called explained to me that he was very busy lately since they had lost a few employees. I was really disappointed since this company had such a good rating with Angies List and I typically base my choices on their reviews.

Highly professional and knowlegible

My 25 year old central air conditioning unit suddenly stopped working. I was expecting to have to junk the unit and get a new one. As I recall, the only charge was for a standard service call.

Routine Maintenance - both gas furnace and A/C system. Are thorough, knowledgeable, and do a good job. Repairs - are very responsive, can schedule reasonably quickly, answer all questions. Have never needed them to return for a repair. Exceptional Service - I needed a new blower motor for my water heater - they viewed my video of the problem after the service call, and did a Lot of research and I ended up being able to get the part under warranty due to their information. I, of course, then had them install it. I highly recommend them.

The technician was very honest and thorough. He told us what could be done and what wasn't worth fixing. He was efficient, polite, knowledgeable, on time, and was patient with all my questions and concerns.

Arrived on time. Worked consistently throughout the day until the new system was installed and worked properly. Professional, pleasant staff members. Cleaned the entire area. A heat pump will be installed next. I have been trying to install a new system for years. They did the work on time at a reasonable cost. Am using them again to complete the project.

HARP service technicians are very professional and courteous. They arrive on time and clean up after themselves.

The service tech did an excellent job cleaning out the humidifier and replaced the filter. The humidity output improved a great deal.

As usual it went very well. The technician was prompt, friendly and efficient. He was very thorough. I have been a satisfied customer for several years.

Easy to schedule the service. Cost provided was appointment was made. Appointment was kept on schedule. Knowledgeable tech did an efficient job. Just what you would like to be done.

The standard tune up price is $165 plus tax.I have a few more items that have to be taken care of.

I chose them after meeting, interviewing, and getting quotes from 4 different providers. There were one or two other good ones, but Harp stood above. They seemed to be passionate about doing things the right way. They knew going in what the challenge would be, and how to solve them. They worked with my tight schedule, were always prompt and easy to communicate with, and approached the job from an angle of fairness to the customer. I would use them again. And, of course, the central A/C they installed is fantastic.

They were very professional and polite. If I had a complaint it would be that I wish they would wear booties.

IT WENT VERY WELL HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH UNIT, ALREADY HAVE DATE SET FOR THIS SPRING OF 2014.

They replaced our furnace as quickly as possible, as our former one had to be shut down because they assessed it to be a potential CO hazard. Winter weather was coming and we had newborns in the house, so they acted on the double, prioritizing our need in response to our situation. The project was completed quickly and with great service. I had a question about our lack of a chimney liner, and the owner responded that it was not necessary with the former or new furnace. This saved us money. Where other people many have seen an opportunity to make more money, HARP was honest.

In checking the furnace, he found that the pipe was frozen, and recommended that we call a plumber to thaw out. I do think that it was a little pricey for what he did, but we had to have it done because of the extremely cold weather.
