From beginning to end the project couldn’t have gone any better. In deterring the scope of the project, they listened to all our concerns, and devised a comprehensive plan to meet all our needs, not just simply an insulation replacement. The actual work crew was very friendly and respectful of our house and property. We alway got notice when they would arrive and were always on time. They kept us informed every step of the way with pictures of their progress. They let us know early on of one potential electrical issue with recessed lighting and worked closely with our electrician a couple days later to resolve the issue prior to actual blowing in of the insulation. Overall, a first class operation all the way and we already feel the benefits.

My home had several issues. The most concerning was the darker colored areas on the ceiling, my daughter's room's wall "sweating", the bathroom vent was dripping water even before any shower was taken, and the house was just plain cold. Fogarty's was able to confirm, explain and fix each concern with their full attic insulation. Photographing the process. Is it odd that I think my attic is now beautiful? They were professional and the job was done in the time they promised. They even found an issue with my roof (unrelated to the bathroom vent) and had that project handled for me! I am now going into our second winter with our new attic. The house is holding heat and the AC in better. My daughter's room is no longer sweating on warm winter days. I am now confident I can repaint my ceilings and the "discoloration" won't return (these ceiling stains were caused by NO insulation, turning those spots of ceiling into an 'air filters'). And I am done replacing bathroom vents. I will absolutely be using them for my next home energy projects. ***Update 11/21/2023 Used Fogarty's again for Foundation Insulation and Insulate of one exterior wall. (Spray foam insulation and air sealing of the basement foundation. Plus blow-in insulation of bathroom exterior wall. My basement was cold and drafty; You could see the cobwebs sway. Chipmunks also hid and kept warm in those walls. Happy to say there is no more breeze, and those chipmunks can't get in now.

Brendan was great. He explained what would be done and why. The team led by Paul were very efficient. The job took a bit longer than they expected but they made sure it got done. Looking forward to a warmer winter in the house.
