Everything 5 star, everything perfect!! Excellent fast communication, super job, very nice team of friendly guys and very affordable reasonable price. Alvin & team are the best!! They checked my 3rf floor apartment for leaks because the neighbor below had marks on her ceiling. They concluded it was the leaking roof and dormers. While they were there I asked them to update my bathtub of which they did a fast and excellent job. When they left they handed out a pen and cards, one of them a magnet which I will stick to my fridge. Their professional service to solve my problems meant a lot to me.

The plumber who came out, sorry I don’t remember his name, was very polite and nice. He replaced my tub faucet quickly and cleanly. Was actually a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use again.

Called a bunch of plumbing places. They called me back right away and came very next day to assess the situation (Saturday). They were in here Monday and out same day just a few hours later! We had a massively huge hot water tank, but the crew stayed steady on the course and never complained once regarding tight spaces to navigate in the house. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend to anyone seeking plumbing services! Great job!

This pro arrived to the job about an hour and a half early than scheduled time and gave his honest professional opinion on what my problem was regarding a leaky toilet. He also gave me the option to totally remove it it but based on his professional opinion, the project seemed to only require replacing a leaking water supply line which was less work to replace. I appreciated having the option for repair but trusted his professional opinion. To date, the repair appears to have remedied the leak. Will continue to monitor the ceiling below for a couple of weeks to see if everything is fixed. So far so good! I will be calling him backhand would recommend for hire!

The guys arrived on time and got the job done in a sort amount of time.

They came early with smiles. Very pleasant and efficient. Took the time to explain what they did and showed me the new valve they installed. I highly recommend.

They were really quick to respond to our request to replace our water heater. After giving an estimate, they came back a couple of hours later to do the job. After completing things they left a huge mess with water and mud everywhere in my basement as well as in my yard. They did not have their own wet/dry vacuum and used mine to clean up some of the mess. In the end, I had to completely clean up on my own.
