Action carpet did a great job cleaning and stretching carpets in our new home prior to moving in. The carpets look like new!

The personnel at Action Carpet helped us pick out a new floor covering for our kitchen. We went with a vinyl product. We removed the old flooring, ceramic tile as well as the trim around the floor and a convector cover. Todd, the installer, moved the appliances out of the kitchen and did a final prep on the floor. There were areas on the floor that still had some grout from the ceramic tile that needed to be removed and smoothed out. A layer of lauan plywood was put down after this prep was completed. The vinyl flooring was then fitted and glued down. Todd then replaced all the trim and convector cover that had been removed. A transition piece was added to make the change from the vinyl to hardwood flooring. The appliances were then moved back into the kitchen. The work was done professionally and the results were fantastic. It gave our kitchen a whole new look and feel. We are very pleased with the results.

We went into Action Carpet in Windsor looking to purchase a replacement for our area rug in the dining room - they have great selections of all sorts of flooring and carpet options for so many projects We didnt find exactly what we were looking for but they gave us a book to take home and look through - but the wonderful sales woman there also suggested we could get the rug cleaned first and offered a great price!!! So I decided to try that route first - and I was VERY VERY Happy with my decision.The area rug looks great and the other two rooms are like new. The man who did the cleaning was very professional - did a great job - in no time - and in less than two hours I had great looking rugs. So not only do they do great cleaning - but they don't just sell you because they can - they want satisfied customers! And I AM! She could have just tried to sell me a new rug. I am a big fan of Action Carpet and Floor Covering - they have great ideas online for home improvements. i want to get them back to clean the rest of my carpets - And I cant wait to use them for a big project! I know it will turn out great! Thanks so much!

They were FABULOUS from beginning to end. Very responsive and willing to work in our tight timeframe. From the sales associate to the guys working on the job, everyone was very professional and they clearly take pride in their work. The installers moved all of our furnature and were very careful with everything. All of our old carpet and padding was removed on the first day and half of the new padding and carpet were installed that same day. The second day was installing the rest of the carpet and moving everything back into place, then just a quick two-hour job to install the hardwood. We were incredibly impressed by the quality of the work, the responsiveness of the staff and the overall experience was very easy and pleasant. We will absolutely use them again should the need arise!! If you need carpet installing done, don't waste your time going anywhere else - these guys are the best in the business.
