+ -1 moreVery well. Not only: are the windows free from limbs scraping against them, the roof is cleared of limbs as well as the sides of the house and the house is free from potential falling limbs.
Description of Work: He not only performed the job he was hired for but identified potential situations that could have caused more serious problems. Mark cut down tree limbs that were scraping the roof/windows as well those that could not easily be seen until pointed out by a well trained eye.

+ -1 moreWe called several companies for quotes to take down a huge tree that was very close to my house and also close to my neighbor's house and their fence. Most said they would come by and never showed up, the ones that showed up gave us quotes we couldn't possibly afford, and then there was Mark. Right away we could tell he is a no-nonsense, straightforward person with a lot of knowledge and experience. His quote was affordable so we hired him. He was very forthcoming with the insurance certificate, which isn't always easy to get from contractors. He ended up doing more work than originally thought because some other trees had to come down first. Then he put an orange cone in my driveway and said that is where the tree would land. It had to come down in one piece because of the amount of rot on the tree, and he didn't have much leeway between the houses. This tree was about 90 feet tall and the trunk was about 4 feet across. It landed about 6 inches from the orange cone. My neighbor was so impressed by Mark and his associate's work that he hired them to take down a tree in his yard that was also close to the two houses. It took a day and a half to finish the two trees and also remove a 6 foot tall, 3 foot wide, stump in my yard. The only break these guys took was lunch. Both yards were left clean and raked. I would recommend him to anyone, and hire him again in a heartbeat. These are good people.
Description of Work: We had a tree that needed to be removed and it was in a difficult location between our house and our neighbor's house. We got several quotes from other companies. Mark came, looked at the tree and it's location, and was not phazed by it at all. His quote was very reasonable. He had his insurance company email me the certificate of insurance a few days prior to performing the work. He and his assistant worked very h****** a hot day and just kept going and going and going. They went over and above getting that tree down and also took down a couple of nearby trees that were in the way and also a stump a previous tree removal company had left a couple of years ago because it was too wide across for their saw. Our neighbor was so impressed with Mark and his assistant that he hired them to take down a tree in his yard. Both yards were left clean and raked and there was no hidden extra costs.
