decks, deck cleaning
+ 0 moreI called three contractors. I chose him to came out and was told things could be grandfathered in because my deck was not up to code to pass inspection. I was then told you have to do what the town says to pass inspection that things cannot be grandfathered in. He then had to come out 5 times to fix things and nothing was ever done up to code. I have taken them to court and now I am still out 10,000 dollars with still a deck that is not fixed. He is not a truthful person and I do not recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: They came to fix a rotting, falling apart deck.
