David was prompt, professional and hard working at all times. My kitchen and bathroom are revived.

We decided not to have the house painted after purchasing the deal but the provider was professional during our interaction.

The company was unable to do the work as needed by my schedule. They were polite and professional, but heavily booked.

Workers arrived on time as scheduled. David was there both days but, though we were gone during parts of both days, it seems like most work was done by his assistant as David wasn't there when we got back. Nonetheless, the room looks great. We had contracted for 24 hours/3 day's work but they finished in two (long) days. David said job wouldn't require the full time allotted so he offered to do the extra work in the office. Only hiccup was after assistant left on final day we found the toilet handle broken in the bathroom he had used. Probably was ready to go anyway but he never said anything about it. We thought this odd so I called David to let him know and he said he'd check on this. He got right back to us and confirmed that it did happen while the guy was using it and agreed that he should have told us. David said to deduct the cost of replacement parts. Overall very pleased with experience. Paint job looks great. Since getting contractors to show up or even return calls is a challenge these days, David's responsiveness, timeliness, and professionalism was greatly appreciated. We have more work to do in the house and David will get the call.

Everything went perfectly. David always keeps me informed via email or text message when he will be coming, and he arrives exactly on time and works hard all day. David is completely professional and does a fantastic job. He pays attention to the detail of the painting and also works around our furniture and other clutter. He cleans up after himself and is pleasant to deal with and have in the house. I felt that David's prices were reasonable (even after the initial promotional price) and he always discussed with me in advance what it was going to cost. No surprises whatsoever.

The price was great and the guy very friendly. He did a great job protecting our fireplace and cleaning up after the job. Unfortunatelly, one of the walls had a lot of unpainted spots that I decided to fixe myself the next day.This took me 20 min which was faster than calling him, schedule somthing etc. Rest of the job was good.

David and another painter, Eric, arrived on time every day and meticulously prepared and painted our new wainscoting as well as the walls, crown molding, window/door trim and ceiling of a very large room in our home. David was responsive to my original inquiry and was easy to work with in terms of scheduling, explaining the necessary materials we needed to purchase (paint only) and just his overall professionalism. At no time, did we worry about anything - we could see the progress and were excited every step of the way. We are thrilled with the outcome and couldn't have asked for a better experience. David and Eric cleaned up after themselves and took care to protect our existing furniture/chandelier/lighting in the room. My husband, who is a perfectionist when it comes to this type of work, was also extremely happy with the work. Our wainscoting looks like smooth, bright and beautiful furniture and the ceiling, where there was once water damage, looks brand new. David provided information about the job as necessary (additional paint, hours) and never left us guessing. He performed the work in the time we discussed and it is simply lovely. He didn't cut corners to finish in time and made sure the finished product was perfect. We are thrilled and I cannot wait to show off my new room! It's so bright and beautiful. And when I do my next project, I am calling David to come back and paint/finish the rooms!

When the date for the painting came, David was right on time. However, we were surprised when he did not begin painting, and told us that he was waiting for another painter to come. Then, he also mentioned something about having a busy schedule that day because he had to be in various parts of the State at various times. About 45 minutes later, another painter, Eric, arrived. David told him what to do - and left! During the three days that David told us that we would have HIM, we were disappointed that HE did no painting for us and the only other time that we saw him ,very briefly, was when he dropped off a ladder. Eric painted three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the stairway/upstairs hallway for us during the three days, and did a good job. He was very responsive to our requests and was very easy to work with.

We wanted the walls of our hallway painted which starts downstairs then goes up the staircase and all of upstairs hallway...including open foyer between downstairs and upstairs. Since it required a tall ladder to reach top i wasn't sure how much they could do in 3 days. I was pleasantly surprised when David came that he said it wouldn't take 3 days to do the work and what else did I want done. After some discussion we agreed to add one more day of painting to include our entire finished basement including the trim and 4 doors. This is much more coverage than i thought i could get with 4 days of work. Another surprise was how much prep and repair work they did before starting to paint. They repaired a crack in my hallway as well as plastering and caulking numerous nicks and nail holes. The basement was especially bad. I took down all the pictures and pulled all the nails ahead of time and was surprised at how much plastering and sanding was required before painting. I also removed all outlet covers and light switches to save time. They spent at least one entire day just prepping the walls and caulking nicks in the molding. I was getting concerned that they would not complete the paint on time. I did not know they would be so thorough with fixing the walls, doors and molding before painting. I thought they would just paint over whatever was there. They were both very friendly and polite. The work was done on time and looks great. We are very pleased and will look to use them again. Great Job! There were a few things that didn't bother us too much but I know would bother other, more particular people: - While fixing holes with plaster, I found the assistant was cleaning his plaster cloth in my downstairs half bathroom. More than once i found small plaster balls left in the sink. This was after I told him I had a hose out back he can use for cleaning. - They also made use of our upstairs bathtub to wash paint off the paint brushes without asking permission first. When I asked David if it was ok to wash paint down the tub drain he assured me it was fine. But still, I think they should ask first before using anyones bathroom as a cleaning station.

The project went very smoothly; everything was done as requested. The providers were very neat and meticulous in their work and finished ahead of schedule.

David does meticulous work. The rooms he painted look great. He did beautiful work in the bathroom, hallway and dining room. The doors and trim were carefully done and look wonderful. He gave good advice regarding painting over old wallpaper, and the dining room and bathroom do not look like there is wallpaper under the paint at all. However, he was difficult to plan with and rarely gave a definitive answer when discussing completion of work within the three day, pre-paid timeframe. This lack of confirmation was extremely frustrating. I told him I wanted the bathroom, hallway and dining room painted, but it was consistently unclear whether or not that could be done in the pre-paid time frame. David spoke several times as to how this type of deal doesn't make him any money, and that other people had followed up after the completion of the deal with more work for David. This implied that I had an obligation to hire him for more hours. While I didn't appreciate this repeated suggestion, David did not complete the work in the three day pre-paid timeframe, and I felt I had to hire him to finish the job. He originally quoted just under $400 to finish painting the dining room. The next day, when I had not committed, he dropped the price to $160. He completed two coats in a half day, which was a surprise, considering how slowly he worked the rest of the time. I feel that the frustrating level of communication could have been avoided had a contract been written up ahead of time. This would have avoided ALL of the confusion and frustration that made this an unpleasant experience.

David showed up on time and we discussed the job. He didn't think he would be able to complete both rooms in two days, so we agreed that he would do as much as he could and then we would figure out what to do with the rest. David was meticulous in his work and got a lot done on day one. For day two, he came with a worker, and after telling the worker what to do he left. He called me to say they would do their best to get both rooms done, and in fact they did. They did a great job, cleaned up nicely and were done by 5:30 on day two. I would definitely use David again, and recommend him to anyone who needs a good painter.

I highly recommend him with no reservation. He completed the job to my absolute satisfaction and delight.

David Harris contacted me very rapidly after I had completed the purchase of a Big Deal package. We agreed on a date and time for him to come to the house and agree on a scope. I ended up purchasing additional time from him. He was punctual, very professional, and the finished work product was excellent. The project included walls, ceilings, wood trim and two wooden staircases in an old Victorian house. David came up with a very creative solution for painting the front staircase, which fit into my limited budget and gave a beautiful result. I would not hesitate to recommend David, and am currently considering bringing him in later this year for an exterior paint project.

David was prompt, neat, tidy. painting went off without a hitch. I needed more painting done than the package I purchased would cover. the price quoted for the additional time was very reasonable. Painting was completed in the allotted time.

He did an excellent job at overseeing the operation. He is a general contractor and hired all the workers that did a great job. He worked with the environment agency to make sure that my siding was correctly disposed of once taken off of the home. It has lasted since 2008 and couldn't be happier with the work the he did for me.

Job was completed in a timely manner and still looks brand new.
