+ -1 moreFine. Actually, this company was referred to me by TEDDY BEAR CARPETS because my carpet had not been cleaned in a while and needed a more thorough cleaning than what they would do. From the start the person contacted at Immaculate Cleaners was very helpful and cordial, explaining the whole process, also willing to do as I had requested, not more or less, which I appreciated very much.The pick-up and delivery, as well as the length of time (which they willingly extended a few days for me because my home was being painted) was right on the mark.
Description of Work: Immaculatae Cleaning Services/Carpet and Upholstery picked up and returned (included in cost listed above) my large, room size Persian woolen rug and did a beautiful cleaning job which brought out its bright colors.

+ 0 moreAfter all was said and done, it came out pretty much like I wanted it to, but I was kind of turned off initially because the very first inflection out of their mouths was did I want them to move furniture. I've never had a carpet cleaning company ask me if I wanted them to move furniture; they have just always kind of done it. I didn't compare prices but it was fine and didn’t seem exorbitant. I would probably use them again.

+ -1 moreI like the fact that they hand-scrub anything that is dirty. They come in with a bucket of water and soap and clean things before they do the general carpet cleaning or cleaning of the couch.
