I was informed this would be a diagnostic visit and there is no charge through HomeAdvisor. After informing the gentleman from the company that there is no charge through HomeAdvisor, he then went to his vehicle and came in with a bill for $200 (originally I was going to be charged $98 for the diagnostic visit); for no work done. Eventually, after informing him this is inappropriate, they lowered my payment to $75, but literally recieved nothing in return. No repair, no product replacement, nothing.

Matt did a excellent job.He spent the time to correctly identify and fix my furnace.

Amazing company. They were willing to get out to me same day as i made the request. They were early, and fixed my problem quickly, and offered advice on how to mitigate the damage. Will absolutely hire them again in the future.
