+ 0 moreWHEN I CALLED SHE SAID SHE HAD 3 GUYS WHO NEEDED THE WORK. SHE CAME BY LOOKED AT THE JOB, CALLED ONE OF THE GUYS WHILE SHE WAS HERE TO FIND OUT IF THE DATE WAS GOOD. HE SAID YES. THEN WE AGREEDED ON A COST. WE SET UP A DATE(IT COULD ONLY BE ON SAT BECAUSE THESE GUYS HAD OTHER FULLTIME JOBS)FOR THE FOLLOWING SAT. SHE THEN CALLED ME BACK A FEW HOURS LATER TO TELL ME ONE OF THE GUYS STOPPED BY TO LOOK AT THE JOB. SHE PRECEDED TO LIE TO ME TELLING ME THEY HAD OTHER JOBS TO DO AND COULDN'T DO THE WORK. AFTER TELLING ME THESE GUYS NEEDED THE WORK. I TOLD HER SHE WAS LIEING TO ME AND IT WAS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. I MYSELF A LANDSCAPER WOULD NEVER SAY SUCH A THING AFTER TELLING SOMEONE I WOULD DO THE JOB. ALSO SHE GAVE ME AN ARRIVAL TIME BETWEEN 3-5 PM TO SEE THE JOB. I HAD ASKED HER TO CALL ME 1/2 PRIOR SINCE IT WAS A 2 HOUR WINDOW. SHE FORGOT TO CALL. AND LASTLY I ALMOST DIDN'T GET A BUSINESS CARD.!

+ -1 moreDede Delaney is wonderful to work with. Her design sense is exceptional but she listens and does not impose. She followed through in a timely way and chose beautiful plants and trees even delivering them personally to ensure quality. I highly recommend her.
