Earl's Powerwashing, Painting, and Carpentry

Not only did Earl and his helper arrive as promised, the job was completed quickly and efficiently. i especially liked the fact that Earl called me back almost as soon as the inquiry was submitted to servicemagic.com. He confirmed his date and followed it up by an email and a phone call. The day before the appointmnet, Earl called to let me know when he would arrive and did come as promised. I would recommend Earl to anyone interested in getting their house powerwashed by a pro.

Called up, gave me a price based on type of wood /house square footage/ condition of siding etc. He said if it was as I described price would be .... (which was 25% lower than the other price I had gotten). He came two days later with all his equipment, said yes house was as described, I will do it for $ as agreed, He and his son scrubbed/washed for a few hours and were done and gone. They were careful and did all the eves/ and rake boards, they cut no corners and did not trash my cedar etc. Absolute No nonense, contractor, and very friendly. I would strongly recommend.

Earl and his son were prompt, polite and professional. The house looks beautiful. My only comment is the actual cost was more than the over the phone quote because of the decks.
