Earl's Powerwashing, Painting, and Carpentry

Earl did a great job, showed up on time and was very informative and pleasant. He explained what he was doing and if there were issues as well as concerns regarding siding issues. I would highly recommend and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Earl was very reponsive to the inquiry for service. Pleasent to deal with. I felt the price was fair. Overall the house looks good, the dirt, pollution and mold are gone. The white trim is bright and clean. However, it did apppear that insufficent care was taken by the person who performed the work. A circle of solution was dumped or spilled on the lawn and killed an 18" circle of grass, right by the front door. The slate walk has what appears to be bleach marks where solution may have been spliied. The windows were clouded with soap residue. Perhaps more rinsing should have been performed.

Earl responded to my request to Service Magic in 15 minutes. He completed Power Washing my house, garage, front seps, and deck within 2 hours of his call back to me. The price was considerably lower than service that I used 2 years ago. The quality of the work was excellent. The results were the best that I have seen as a home owner of 30+ years.
