I told the contractor that I was planning on selling the house in early spring 2015. He gave me his estimate and advised me to wait a home inspector examined the property for the buyer. If the work should need to be done, Mr. D & M advised me to contact the company at that time..
Description of Work: I just called D & M for an estimate to have bricks pointed in the basement. I did not complete the work at that time.

It went well. There were a few hiccups with getting in touch with the contractor and his responsiveness was not very quick. The overall job came out very well.
Description of Work: Took out old concrete steps. Fixed foundation around house. Put in new steps and gravel around.

Workers arrived right on time as scheduled. The lead man was very very knowledgeable. Work proceed beautifully. Concrete floor was cut first and then the cut out area jack hammered to remove debris, Despite all our fears of a mess from the jackhammering and cutting. little or no dust was noted after the old concrete was remove. All the concrete was mixed by hand and poured, troweled in and smoothed. Rebar was used under the poured concrete. When completed, the seams where the old and new concrete met were barely visible. Recieved phone calls telling us when they would return to remove the wooden forms and add a soft mix between the concrete and the black top driveway; as a precaution so water would not get into the ~ 2-3 inch gap between the concrete and black top. Workers returned on the day and at the time we were told they would. After they finished the concrete and soft mix work they did a fabulous clean up job. I highly recommend Don Morin and his company for any concrete work someone needs, and indeed, I will have him back to do some work on my chimney. In summary: Very reliable, Always in contact with the customer, always on time, and they do a masterful job including their clean up efforts.
Description of Work: Replaced ~ 4 feet of concrete at entrance to concrete garage floor ~ 20 feet in width.
