Service provider arrived promptly at very short notice and carried out repairs professionally and very competently. Applied primer and cleaned up. Very pleased with the result particularly after I had indicated there was some urgency due to the nature of the issue.

Danny came by and gave us a very fair estimate. After exchanging a few emails clarifying details and ironing out every last point (this is a must with any service contract), they had two guys come by for about a week (not full days bc of drying) and get the job done. My wife and I gave them many "punch list" items after each of the last two days and they came by to fix all of them. I would hire them again. They charge $350 per day per guy as a baseline but you should just get an overall quote from them.

We have an older home and the lumber sizes needed aren't usually available at the store but their top notch carpentry skills resulted in a job very well done. I didn't hear from them after a week. I was able to call and leave a voicemail. They finally sent me an email and claimed that they had tried to reach me via my primary phone number and asked me to call them back. I called and spoke with Tracy. I was informed that they were simply too busy to fit me into the schedule until 3-4 weeks later.

Painter showed up at the exact scheduled time and got right to work. He was pleasant and efficient. I would use Twin Oaks again.

Worker showed up on time and was great but upon seeing the door frames explained they didn't need to be replaced, only stripped and then painted. I was panicked: felt responsible to get the worker four prepaid hours of work, so he screwed two small outdoor wooden stairs tighter and left after one hour. I felt I would end up paying for the full four hours but I received full refund on my purchase. This particular Angies deal assumes homeowner knows what rotting wood is, and obviously I did not. I will definitely use Twin Oaks again, in fact I feel as if I owe them one since they offered a full refund. They tried their best and went above and beyond. A for Effort!

Tracey was very easy to deal with and gave sound advice. They were not pushy and told me to take my time before I make any decisions. I will definitely use them in the future.

Two very polite carpenters showed up right on time and did an excellent job reframing and replacing a tall window that was leaking window frame in a timely manner. They also installed the new window I supplied

They responded within a day after I submitted a request using an Angie's List coupon. To save money they suggested I purchase the materials myself and they identified the local supplier. A week later, the job was done perfectly, on time and on budget. Exceptional service.

fabulously! Would def. use this company again. the painters were prompt, polite, neat and got the job done within the time that I had prepaid for on Angie's list. They were even understanding when I had to run out to grab more white paint, as I had not bought enough. They cleaned everything up neatly before leaving. The provider sent two experienced carpenters to complete various jobs within a 3 hour timespan. They arrived on-time, were very professional and completed the work. I would recommend this provider to others and plan to use their services again in the future.

I was contacted right away, and I was so impressed with the communication from Twin Oaks. I sent Tracy pictures through Angie's List for the wood rot I was interested in having fixed, we were on email to initially coordinate the time for the carpenter to come and then she and I texted to work out some last minute details. She was very accommodating to my schedule and patient when I couldn't respond to a message right away, even when he was in the middle of the project. The work ended up being more than what was expected, but the carpenter did on his own a job that should have been for at least two guys. I got the receipts for the materials so I saw that they weren't overcharging me for anything. He did it all in some pretty cold weather too, and no one complained at all, and they never tried to reschedule. I would definitely use Twin Oaks again for carpentry, and I would try them for painting too. The price was very reasonable and the work was really well done. It looked like the wood damage had never been there at all!
