Mario from the Twin Oaks Co. was on time, did a thorough job and cleaned up well. I would definitely use this Company and ask for Mario again.

We fixed the plexiglass overhang above our front door. It required the removal of existing materials and installation of new plexiglass + flashing. This sounds easy but took a few days to complete. The seal however was not tight enough and water still dripped following the repair. But Twin Oaks came out the very next day and resolved the issue. Workers were friendly and from what I can tell did a nice job. They later returned (the next warm day) to repair a damaged garage panel which they were able to do in a day. Other than leaving some debris in the side yard (not a lot), they were good to work with .. nice folks.

This was my first time using Angie's List and I feel like I hit the jackpot with Twin Oaks!! I needed quite a bit of work done on the exterior trim of my house due to wood rot. I had no idea where to begin or who to call so I turned to Angie's List for recommendations. After reading the top notch reviews on Twin Oaks, I placed a call and got Tracy. She answered all my questions and gave me lots of advice on how to proceed. She was able to send an amazing team out to begin the work in no time. The workers were fantastic. Polite, friendly, professional, efficient and thorough. They did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. The price was more than fair, in my opinion. All through the process Tracy kept me updated and followed up. I have interior work that I need to get done over the winter and I will be calling Twin Oaks again when I am ready. The peace of mind knowing it will be done well, in a timely manner and at a fair price is priceless!!

Excellent work, very professional, courteous and job well done and on time

It was satisfactory. It was not top notch work. There are things that need filling in that was just walked over. I had to go out and buy my own because they didn't have it with them.

I called for an estimate and got an appointment next day. The estimator was courteous and professional and the price was right. I accepted another offer that came back earlier, otherwise would have used Twin Oaks.

Job went well, painter needed to return the next day to complete the job.

They didn’t do a good job. They were supposed to fix some electric switch and also paint and they were incompetent and they could not replace the fix. It was simply replacing a switch, nothing major, and they couldn’t figure that out. And the painting, they just slapped some paint around and didn’t do a good job. The price was fine.

Twin Oaks was a pleasure to work with. Due to rain, the work needed to be completed in two visits. The work was done well and they were very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

Both the painting and the handrails turned out beautifully. The paint is perfectly edged in and everything was clean at the end of the day. I was a bit nervous about the handrail project, but Daniel and Mario listened to my concerns and addressed them in a creative and practical way.

Juan Carlos arrived on time, was neat and very professional. Completed everything that he estimated could be done in one day. I have since scheduled more time to do several other rooms; and hope I have finally found a reliable resource for painting and general carpentry.

Twin Oaks was a fantastic find! I couldn't be happier with my dealings with the company from start to finish. I had initially purchased their Big Deal unsure what on my list could be covered under it. I talked to their office manager Tracy about everything that I needed done, she explained what could fall under the Big Deal and what could not. Tracy was beyond wonderful to work with. We came to a very reasonable arrangement that fit my budget and my schedule. All of the workers were very hard working, friendly, polite, helpful and neat in their work. The painter (Carlos) was there for 2 days. He was meticulous. He saw spots on my ceiling in needed repair work that I did not even notice until pointed out. The carpenters (Willy and his son Wilfred) were there for 1 day. They worked very well together. Even with all of the trim cuttings, they didn't leave a trace of dust behind.
