Description of Work: This review is specific to the professionalism and courtesy of the contractor and not the quality of the work. I purchased a deal which for financial situations was unable to utilize. After speaking with their office, they were extremely understanding of my plight and without hesitation refunded my purchase. My limited interaction with them is very positive and will definitely call upon them when I am in need of their services.

Description of Work: We had to postpone service for a month because my wife is a CPA and wanted to wait until the end of tax season, we were well within offer expiration limits. We received an email from Angie's list telling us they could not perform the service. To Angie's list's credit we received a full refund.

Description of Work: Not sure if I will use this provider again. Only a portion of the time allotted was used and one repair had to be re-done by a professional versus a handyperson. The scope of the workers' abilities and the workers' level of professionalism should be clearer. The owner and the phone contact person were great. They certainly tried to be helpful and professional, but some improvements needed.

Description of Work: We had 2 jobs that we wanted done. The first was a painting job which was done with excellence. The other was re-caulking the shower & repairing the weatherstripping on shower door. The "project Manager" did know know how to fix it - I ended up doing most of the work myself. The contact person at Twin Oaks was not helpful.
