Description of Work: I called them for a quote. The lady on the phone asked me to send photos for the quote, which is kind of ridiculous, as I didn't even explained her in detail the project. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: It went well. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He repaired drywall in 5 rooms on two different levels in our home. He also sealed gaps along the baseboard of the floor in our enclosed porch. He was thorough and neat. It was a pleasure working with him.

Description of Work: When the company called they were only able to do one of the things I wanted fixed so I got my money back.

Description of Work: We purchased the special of 8 hours of handyman service. We scheduled our appointment and were all set with the date. A couple of weeks later but before the scheduled work date, we got a call stating that they send out their crews in teams of two. The day of our appointment, they came as promised at 8am, on time and very professional. However, while they were working, the one man called his project manager to ask what time they needed to be there until. He then gave the phone to us for the project manager to advise that the crew would be there for only 30 more minutes. It was only 11:30am so that is only a total of 4 hours. The woman then advised that since we had 2 people, that would be 4 hours each. She never told us this when she called us a couple of weeks before our appointment, nor did she give us another option. We paid $279 for 8 hours of handyman service. She then advised they could stay more for an additional hourly rate at their regular prices. They were in the middle of the job and not done yet so we had to pay their regular hourly rate so we could get it completed. Total additional out of pocket cost was $200. So the original special was for $279 for 8 hours however we had to pay $200 more for 2 additional hours until the job was done. We were very disappointed that we were not advised the full scope upfront instead of 30 minutes before they would be leaving.

Description of Work: The carpenter was great. He not only repaired the wood rot we found but inspected the whole porch and made it like new!

Description of Work: There were additional charges beyond what the special I needed was. The head painter, Jose did a great job!

Description of Work: Used them because of their trial offer on Angie's list for 8 hours of work. They sent two carpenters for 4 hours (2 x 4 = 8). They did not finish the job installing a screen porch cover and instead of asking if I wanted to pay them to continue, they simply packed up and left at the end of four hours. After they left I discovered they had taken with them all the screws that came with the cover so I had to go out and replace them. They had also screwed a few of the latches in wrong and stripped the screws (so they wouldn't close) so I had to pry them off and remount them. They had broken some screen supports. They had replaced one screen with the wrong materials so that has to be replaced.
