Pablo is very professional and thorough. He and his workers pay great attention to detail and are very skilled at what they do. They just replaced a wood shingle roof for me and did it cleanly and promptly. I was particularly impressed with the care they took to clean up the area in our backyard where the old roof was discarded. No nails or sharp objects for my dog to get into! I was very pleased with the promptness of Pablo Schroeder' reply to my request, then his free estimate the next day. Because I had an obvious leak in the roof, Mr. Schroder scheduled the repair very quickly. Additionally, his estimate was lower than the other two roofers who gave estimates, and his guarantee was longer. I was so pleased with all of the work that I hired his company to repair the ceiling that had been damaged by the leak. That should be done today.
