 + 0 moreOut of the 1st 6 plans, not one had the requests that we talked about when he was at the house. I call him to voice my disappointment and to come up with a solution to this problem. He said that he would draw up new plans and not charge me for the new plans. Again, when the new plans were delivered, I found that the parameters that I had requested had STILL not been met. I fired him. I still paid the $1700.00 and considered it a very expensive lesson.
Description of Work: Kevin's name was given to me by a friend. I wanted to turn the basement into a living area. He measured and drew up various plans.
