Their service is good. They did what they said that they were going to do.

We found the company via Angie's list and made an appointment. We got the schedule update and they were punctual. After meeting the dog and the family we assessed together which option would suit our needs best. It was a very nice and friendly atmosphere. Today they implemented the fence and we had the first training session with our dog Bubbles. She loved all the attention and it went really well. We come from a fenced "country" but this idea could go abroad. In two months the company sends their representative back to check if we could implement the behavior with the dog as shown carefully. We are all confident that this will be a quick visit.

Went very poorly. They do not return calls, there were hidden costs that I was not told about until the repair, and the service tech's were generally rude and trying to find more items to fix and charge me for. We had no choice but to use them again because of the system warranty, but will never let them here again. We have found a local company that is authorized to service the fence going forward. I called them to complain and was shut down by the customer service operator, could not get through to a manager or anyone else to complain to. Eventually I did talk to someone who did nothing but defend the service tech's and the charges. Did not want to hear my side of the story and kept telling me that they are authorized by Invisible Fence and that is the charge. Very bad experience.

Worst experience of my life. As a dog trainer and advocate, I would highly recommend against using this company at all. They were very unprofessional, they broke flagstone on the walkway and after an extensive battle they finally owned up to it and paid for the damage they caused. The people who put the fence in where rude and and had no customer service training or care. the trainer who came to train the dog was in a rush every time she was here and was watching her watch more then training the dog. I had called a few times with questions after the installation and training and left messages that were not returned, or returned a week later. Even though this was several years ago, the company is under the same ownership and management and I do not believe anything has changed. But my experience with this company is that you should not use them at all.

They've done a great job. They were good with the training and very good at communicating when they were coming and what they were doing and also following up afterwards.

They are very prompt about coming, and polite. Whatever you bargain for, you get with them. I think their prices are very competitive.

The Canine Fence Company, like the invisible fence has invisible service. The sales person told us only great things about the company and made all sorts of promises about how they would be at our home within 24 hours should we have any problems with our system. This has never been the case. Since half of the system is exposed (above ground) and not an 'invisible fence' we have had many occasions dealing with customer service and requiring service technicians to come out to repair it. Every time we have called for someone to come and service the system as it's not working we have been told that they are only available at least a week or more later and that they are very busy servicing other customers and nobody is in our area. A supervisor is seldom available and the owner of the company is never in or reachable. The customer service and service technicians are all young kids who really don't see any urgency in servicing customers and 'customer service' doesn't care what we have been promised and has told us to keep our dog on a leash. We were told we would be seen on a priority basis, before other customers if we took out a service contract, so we did, and when we called for someone to come out to service the system they told us the contract was expiring that day and since they could not see us for a week we would have to pay for the service call unless we took out another service contract and could upgrade it. Since we called in the problem while it was still covered under their service contract, and since the Canine Fence Co. is unable to service it within a reasonable time, yet again, as they are clearly understaffed and unavailable despite all sorts of promises to the contrary, they should not expect us to take out yet another service contract to cover the service call. The customer service person only offered to upgrade our service contract (for 30% more $$). At no time did she offer to extend it for another year at the same price. They are always ready to take a credit card # and that's where their enthusiasm and interest ends. The Canine Fence Company, like the invisible fence has invisible service!

went well. no problems. you can do it cheaper yourself but if you have to run it through a driveway its a pain.

The sales person who came out to tell us about the product was great; had a strong sales pitch but was also very friendly, personable and informative. We already knew that we wanted to purchase from them so the strength of the pitch and the fact that they put the flags out before you sit down and talk about it might put off some people who are still in the "gathering information" stage. Fence installation was great as well. Again, very friendly and informative person came out. I love the fact that all employees have passed background checks (since kids may be home). We also had a trainer come out 4 times and she was fantastic; loved our dogs (even threatened to steal our little one :) ). Can't say enough good things about the employees. By the 4th training, the dogs were ready to be on their own. Installing this fence is the best purchase we made yet; wish we had done it years earlier.

This company was really great while they were here working for us. They acted really professionally. We had no complaints with how they acted or how they did with installing our fence. We actually are having them back to do some more work on our property regarding the fencing that goes around our driveway. We have to have the whole driveway torn up so they will be back again in the future here because we have a mess on our hands currently. They did a good job for us though.

They did a good job and were very thorough. I was impressed with everything and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were on time and very prompt. They even finished up ahead of schedule. I was satisfied with the whole experience.

On time and came when they said they would. Their sales pitch was not pushy or aggressive and they backed up everything they said. I was devious about getting the fence and they reassured me it would be a good investment for me and my dog. I felt like they were interested in the needs of my dog.

The system that Canine Fencing Company installed for us really works great. I wouldn't have anything else. The cheap ones you get at Petco don't work, but this one definitely does. The people who work there were very responsive and answered all my questions. This is a very professional company. They were prompt, courteous, and neat. Everything was explained fully. The price was well worth it.

"First appointment" of the day installations available at 7:30am to accommodate busy client schedules. Pricing outstanding for veterinary hospitals to offer to their employees if become a preferred provider. Very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating salesperson who visited my home.

THEY WERE GREAT. THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY QUESTIONS. THE GENTLEMEN WHO INSTALLED IT WERE PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND INFORMATIVE.

IT KEEPS THE DOGS FROM GETTING KILLED BECAUSE THEY CAN'T LEAVE THE PROPERTY. THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD. I REALLY CAN'T COMPLAIN. THE ISSUE IS WHEN THEY CAME BACK IN WAS THE PERSON WHO CAME IN. I ASKED HIM TO DO SOMETHING SPECIFIC FOR ME, AND HE DID AND IT LOOKS KIND OF CONVOLUTED. THERE ARE PARTS OF THE PROPERTY NOW THAT ARE NOT CLOSED OFF, AND THAT'S THE PROBLEM I HAVE. I THINK THAT HAS MORE TO DO WITH HIM THAN THE COMPANY.
