Description of Work: They installed a complete invisible fence system and marked it with flags; the installer fitted our dog with the training collar and brought him to the perimeter where he experienced the high pitched warning tone several times. A trainer came a few days later and exposed our dog to a couple light shocks- he wouldn't approach the flags because he had already experienced just the warning tone and didn't like it. I opted for the system that allows the dog to go all the way to the line where both a tone and the shock are felt at the same time because the yard is small and it maximizes the available space. He's a whippet- they are by nature gentle and somewhat timid- so a couple shocks and they will avoid the flags. The installer and follow up trainer were both very good, compassionate, professional. I'm pleased and recommend them.

Description of Work: It's a retail store for pet supplies. The salesman was knowledgable and helpful, answering questions. No pressure. Had some things I hadn't seen at the bigger pet supply stores.

Description of Work: Repair damage wiring, purchase new transmitters, train three dogs. I was very happy that they honored the lifetime warranty on the non working transmitter (though the new ones done carry the same lifetime warranty)-I am sure that the new ones will out last my dogs. Trainers were professional and always on time. Called in advanced and arrived as promised. I would liked the same trainers for the sessions, but one that arrived was well versed on my dogs and the area to be protected. Would recommend Canine Company. John

Description of Work: Asked for a quote. Company won't give a quote, they require an in-home visit. I wasn't able to keep out appointment, (I forgot to call to cancel) and a woman from the company called from the house. I apologized for not being there, and tried to get a quote from her over the phone. She gave me rough numbers, but refused to put anything in writing. Said that she wouldn't provide anything in writing unless she had her in-home visit. I won't do business with a company that acts like this. Very unprofessional.
