 + 0 moreSee above - I sent the company a check as a deposit for the work and they never did the work (and have not returned my phone calls or check).
Description of Work: I called several tree service companies (including Bolton) in late April 2010 to get an estimate on removing some trees which had fallen on my property. Bolton seemed very knowledgeable and professional and we decided to go with them even though they were not the low cost provider. When I called to retain them (in late May) they asked that I send them a deposit which I did. I waited 2 weeks and they never called to set up an appointment to come and do the work. I called them in mid-June and was told they were involved in a big project so they would not get to me for a couple of weeks. I wasn't in a hurry so I said ok. 3 more weeks passed and then I called again. I was told they would be able to do the work the next week. They never showed up. I called again and again and again. They never returned any of these phone calls and have not returned the check I sent them as a deposit. I would never use this company again.

 + -1 moreThe repairs were quite extensive for the terrace and we are pleased with the results. Many of the stones had sunken down in and these guys were able to retrieve them and built it up so they were again in place. They were pleasant and prompt and got the work done in a timely fashion.
Description of Work: They repaired the stone work and masonry between on my about 12 x 20 terrace, some stonework needed to be replaced as well.
