"Rafael replaced my gross old linoleum floor with subfloor and LVP, replaced the toilet and vanity, and finished the floor work with a quarter-round trim. The finishing work was well done; the floor was in bad shape and he fixed it and made it look amazing. If I had more $$ I would have had him redo the entire bathroom. Rafael arrived early, worked the whole day, and consulted me on every step of progress made. Rafael was always professional, polite, respectful, and well-tempered. I have had workers who have come in with foul language, loud music, and on their phones the whole time. Rafael is a rarity - he and his co-worker completely respect the client's home. "The gentleman who showed up was prompt and very courteous, but unfortunately that was the only positive thing I can say.He was here for 40 minutes, charged me 200 dollars and told me he couldnâ t fix it in my garage, because the oil was sludge and he may or may not be able to fix it, but he would have to take it back to the shop and it would cost me 80 dollars an hour to try to fix it.When I gave him a check for his time and asked for a receipt, he looked at me like I was asking for a kidney, and wrote something down on apiece of notebook paper, which was supposed to be a receipt.It was not an invoice with the company name or any reference to their business license.I later received an explanation from somebody in the office, that they would send me an invoice for the work done.I have never had any contractor not present a proper business receipt to me when I have given them a check, prior to this."

"We replaced the original roof on our house. I expressed my concerns about re-installation of the lightening rods to my roofer. We have had at least three direct hits since they were originally installed in 2013. My roofer called William who was very helpful. William offered to come out an make sure everything was 100% after re-installation. He came the day after I called and I'm glad he did. While the reinstall was the best he had seen (his words) there were issues after 5 year and 3 strikes that needed addressed. He fixed those and now I have a new roof and I am certain the lightening rods will work as intended. Highly recommend this company."
