Deschene Hardwood Flooring llc

I hired Larry to install vinyl wood laminate flooring throughout my home and it was the worst experience I have had with a contractor. First, he had us order the wrong flooring which cost us almost $3000 on day one. then we were forced to choose new flooring at a higher cost of only what was in stock at Home Depot because he had already demoed our house. He never reimbursed us or offered us a discount from his error. Next, he damaged our walls significantly while he was there, including a fist sized hole in our walls. He never put the furniture back in the rooms as agreed upon (I was recovering from surgery and unable to move furniture). He left gaps in nearly every room between the flooring and the baseboards, his job took 6 days instead of 4, and on day 3 he told me they wouldnt be completing the job because he had somewhere else to be the rest of the week. We later found out he had to spend the week repairing another job that he also botched the week before. Furthermore, he was supposed to strip and stain my stairs to match the flooring, and they were ORANGE and not even close to matching. He also still has not picked up the remaining trash from our house that he promised so now we are looking at having to rent a dumpster which HE rented and paid for (supposedly). We also had to rent a truck at our expense, and manually return over 3000 pounds of flooring by hand and hire people to help us move it back to return it at the store due to his error on day 1. He never offered to help, and our house still remains a mess. Furthermore, between us having to purchase supplies for his crew (because 3 days in a row they ran out of supplies and left early or didn't complete the project because of it) we have lost well over $1000 and counting. My last straw today was that his team unplugged our dog electric fence, never told anyone, and never plugged it back in- our dogs escaped today as a result and we lost them for several hours and found them running traffic streets away.
